Dudu Azevedo, musician and actor, premiered on TV Cultura in 1990 in the television series Confessions of Adolescents, directed by filmmaker Daniel Filho. Ten years later, he breaks new ground in cinema and gives life to drummer Guto Goffi in "Cazuza - O Tempo Não Para'' (Cazuza - Time Doesn't Stop) . Starred in the film "Odique?", awarded at the Independent Film Festival in New York in 2004. On TV, he participated in more than 10 soap operas on Rede Globo, between 2003 and 2015. Katia Belas graduated with a degree in Fine Arts from Federal University of Rio De Janeiro Brazil.
Katia's experience has also afforded her the opportunity to work in the production offices of Lynda Obst (Lynda Obst Productions), based out of Paramount Pictures, and in the personal office of Executive Producer Dan Halsted (Halsted Pictures) (Witchblade (2000), The Day Reagan Was Shot (2001) etc.).
After 11 years of hiatus from the entertainment industry, Katia returned to the field after fallen in love with ASL (American Sign Language) and has been working with Deaf actors and crew, producing some of the most inspiring films of her career. "The Strength Within You" film-series has evolved into a many opportunities including, writing, directing, editing and acting, as she creates some empowering messages through the art of motion pictures.
