8 Comedy Shows To Watch If You Loved Young Sheldon (Photo Credit – IMDb)
Though several TV series have featured intelligent children, not many have attained the same caliber as Young Sheldon. Young Sheldon, which debuted in 2017 on CBS, was a prequel to the hugely successful sitcom Big Bang Theory, focusing on the early years of Sheldon Cooper. It gave fans an explanation for why Sheldon evolved into the character he would play on Tbbt while also battling to maintain his continuity.
Even if the finale of Young Sheldon may have made many people nostalgic, there are still a lot of family comedy shows that have the same happy-go-lucky atmosphere. Nothing could quite take the place of Young Sheldon, but viewers will love these wholesome and endearing programs, from Modern Family to Atypical, which will take place in viewers’ hearts that The Big Bang Theory spin-off is leaving.

Now That is how you end a season.
Law & Order: Organized Crime Season 4 Episode 13 was the final episode of a too-short season, and it cut off at the most frustrating points imaginable.
Joe is literally in the wind with Emery, handcuffed to a briefcase full of chemical weapons while no one knows where he is, and the chances are that Emery knows he's the mole. How are we supposed to get through the entire summer without knowing what happens next?
The action-packed adventure was balanced by a Stabler family crisis that Stabler was making worse than it needed to be. There's news on that front that won't get resolved until next fall, either.
Family and Work Drama Intersected Perfectly
This case was personal because of Joe's involvement, which caused a family crisis, , even though nobody knew what was happening.
Bell: You sure he's clean?
Stabler: If he wasn't, why...

Whoa! Joey's intervention didn't go at all as expected.
Law & Order: Organized Crime Season 4 Episode 12 once again proved that this is the best series on television, at least until it moves to its new home on Peacock.
Stabler and Randall went vigilante to force Joey into sobriety, but they got a lot more than they bargained for. Now everything's in place for a season finale that may be literally explosive!
Stabler and Randall Made a Desperate Move
They'd had enough of Joey's nonsense, especially after learning he might have been involved in Sam's death, but also managed to break the tension with humor.
After Joey went on that high-speed chase and was overpowered by them, Randall walked in and casually said, "Hi, Joe." That had to be one of the funniest lines ever.
Joey's withdrawals were serious, though. His physical illness, anger, and violent attempts to escape felt realistic.

Anne Whitfield, who appeared in the beloved holiday classic White Christmas and on dozens of TV shows, from Father Knows Best, 77 Sunset Strip and Perry Mason to That Girl, Ironside and Emergency!, has died. She was 85.
Whitfield died Feb. 7 at a hospital in Yakima, Washington, after suffering an “unexpected accident” while on a walk in her neighborhood, family members announced.
“She was a powerhouse in life, and we hope her immense positive energy flows out to those who had the pleasure of knowing her,” they wrote.
Whitfield was 15 and had done lots of acting on the radio when she was cast as Susan Waverly, the granddaughter of Dean Jagger’s Major Gen. Thomas F. Waverly — “The Old Man” — in the Michael Curtiz-directed Paramount musical White Christmas (1954). The film starred Bing Crosby, Danny Kaye, Rosemary Clooney and Vera-Ellen.

People may be surprised to learn that staying out of the ocean won’t guarantee their safety from sharks. In fact, a dip in a river or pond could lead to an encounter with one of the most aggressive sharks in the world: the bull shark. Strangely enough, though, the Carcharhinus leucas doesn’t show up in sharksploitation movies anywhere near as much as its larger and more popular cousin, the great white. Many don’t even know of its existence until they hear of a sighting or attack in an unlikely place.
Jaws led to great whites becoming the face of shark horror. Of course, there are exceptions — Deep Blue Sea features bio-engineered mako sharks, and Syfy went through a period of unleashing one variety of mutant shark after another — yet as a whole, sharksploitation prefers great whites. Then in 2003, TBS Superstation mixed things up by having a bull...

Warning: contains spoilers for The Capture season 2 episode 3.
At the end of The Capture season 2 opener, Dci Rachel Carey revealed her real reason for having accepted the job with MI5. Hers wasn’t a case of “Can’t beat them, join them”, as she’d been accused by DS Flynn, but rather ‘join them so that she could beat them’. Carey was no turncoat. She had agreed to work for the intelligence service to secretly gather evidence and expose the practice of Correction, putting an end to the state-assisted fabrication of CCTV footage.
Dsu Gemma Garland – the spook in league with CIA agent Frank Napier and Rachel’s ex-boss and former lover Commander Danny Hart – had no choice but to offer Carey a role in MI5. She knew that Rachel had kept a copy of an incriminating video that proved Shaun Emery was innocent of Hannah Roberts’ murder. The video was Carey’s insurance,...
