James and Gabe decide to first come clean to their wives before confronting Abby. Lily is fine as she also cheated on Gabe with Abby. Vivian on the other hand, leaves James. James and Gabe confront Abby. Abby is arrested for false ID. Abby had forged a check 5 years ago and faces jail time in Florida for the same. James offers freedom in exchange for the tapes. Abby takes the deal. James drops out of the race for DA's office and Vivian returns to him.

Daniel returns to the school where he discloses the truth about the evil place.
