Returning for another go around with the Millionaire's Club is last season's lovable letch, Harold, with whom Patti must take drastic measures to help get over his narcissistic ways by giving him a "dating intervention."
- Patti turns her attention towards two new millionaire clients -- Daniel, a celebrity artist whose works are sold in the range of $15 to $20k a piece, and Chris, a mellow surfer who grew up in Hawaii and doesn't care about money or status just as long as a good wave is about to break. After meeting both millionaires, Patti feels that Chris would benefit from dating a women closer to his own age and Daniel needs to stop with the incessant name-dropping and date a girl who isn't impressed by who's walking down the red carpet in front of them.
- Patti takes on Shauna, a gorgeous cougar "millionairess" who owns an upscale salon in Minneapolis and enlists Patti's help to find her a hot, young trophy husband. Patti also checks back in with her client "Sex Toy" Dave, who appeared on the first season of "Millionaire Matchmaker." Drama ensues as Patti insists that changes must be made in both millionaire's dating styles.
- Patti takes her staff to Napa Valley for an employee retreat before they get back to the grind and meet this week's millionaires: Matthew Hatchette, better known as "Hatch," an ex-NFL player who now works as a film producer; and Jimmy, a club owner from Chicago. At the mixer to meet potential dates, Jimmy D and Hatch spend more time trying to entertain the women than getting to know them, so Patti is forced to step in and introduce them to specific girls she had in mind for them.
- Patti shoots the cover of her new book, "How to Be Your Own Matchmaker," before she heads to the office to see this week's millionaires: Alex, a 39-year-old real estate developer from Las Vegas and Paul, a 23-year-old NBA player for the Los Angeles Clippers. Patti is typically outspoken about Alex's outward appearance, and with Paul, she encounters a player on and off the court.
- Matchmaker Patti Stanger has two extreme opposites this week with her millionaire clients -- Laurence is a 39-year-old owner and CEO of the vitamin company, Nature's Purest, and a total extrovert who says whatever is on his mind. Andrew is a gorgeous, 34-year-old advertising executive who recently started an Internet company called Rip Lounge, and an introvert who never approaches girls on his own, a major flaw in Patti's opinion.
- Matchmaker Patti Stanger gets an unexpected in her new client, who happens to be a lady millionaire. Heidi is drop-dead gorgeous and the CEO of a high end fashion label called Young, Fabulous and Broke, available in such stores as Neiman Marcus, Planet Blue and Fred Segal. Patti's other client this week is tall, dark and handsome Bill, a 45-year-old Canadian hotel executive who has flown into Los Angeles from Canada just to meet with Patti.
- Patti decides to visit a psychic to seek advice about her own dating situation. Back at the office she meets her two millionaire clients. Michael, a 32-year-old single dad of two, is the CEO of a company that founded a Pay Pal system for South America and Europe. Dr. Robert is a 33-year-old facial cosmetic surgeon in Beverly Hills who has a habit of finding flaws in women and changing them.
- Farrah, former member of Destiny's Child, has been hurt in the past by previous relationships causing her to be very guarded with men and in her dating life. Kevin, a celebrity photographer, has only had a string of two-week relationships and is always looking for the next best thing since he only dates models. Patti is up for a challenge with these two millionaires.
- The Millionaires Club takes on Kevin, a PR/branding guru and Patti's first gay millionaire. As the founder and owner of his own boutique PR firm, Kevin's life is consumed by work, so Patti's challenge is to get Kevin to find time for love. Patti's other millionaire this week is a showy Vegas entertainer named Anthony, who has a show at the Paris hotel in which he hypnotizes audience members to do adult-themed antics. Patti is concerned that the sexual nature of Anthony's work will be a deterrent to women.
- This week Patti meets Uri, a young Israeli-born real estate developer and professional salsa dancer, and Zagros, a Kurdish Iranian entrepreneur. Zagros tells Patti that his family is very important to him and he wants their opinion when it comes to choosing a woman. At a two-way mirror screening session, Zagros surprises everyone when he brings half a dozen family members, including his mother, to help make a decision.
- Patti's next client, Jason Davis, is sloppy, eccentric and out of it and says he won't change for anyone. Sweet relief comes in the form of Chelsea's client, David Sheltraw: early 50s, tall, athletic, intelligent and hot! Could David really be that perfect?
- Patti is nervous to hear she has another returning millionaire this week. Jimmy D is flying in from Las Vegas and is going to give Patti another crack at fixing him up. Patti's other client is Mateo Stasior, a Microsoft millionaire who comes to Patti with a laundry list of qualities he needs in his future wife.
- Tyler Barnett may only be 25, but this impressive entrepreneur owns a successful Beverly Hills Public Relations firm. Patti's other client is Justin Shenkarow, 28, best known for playing the character Matthew Brock on the hit series "Picket Fences" when he was just a kid. Having had success in Hollywood at such a young age, he has a skewed perception of real world women.
- In the third season premiere, Patti Stanger meets best friends and business partners Omar Soliman and Nick Friedman. Founders of trash removal company College Hunks Hauling Junk, these 27-year old entrepreneurs are extremely successful in business, but not when it comes to true love. Omar, 27, is paranoid that most women just want him for his money, even though Patti assures Omar there are no gold diggers in her club, and to test this theory, Omar wants to take his date on a junk haul, over Patti's vociferous protests.
- Patti announces that she is sick and tired of dealing with some of her old clients. However, there is one client they just can't shake yet: Shauna Raisch, 42, Patti's arch nemesis from last season, is back for more. Patti's other client this week is a real treat - young, rich, with movie star good looks, Michael Persall, 30, is her dream client.
- Patti definitely has her hands full this week with Hollywood Director Rupert Wainwright, 48-years-old, and 41 year-old Smike Wallen. Rupert is an ageist, telling Patti that his ideal woman would never be older than 29. The good news for Patti is that her other client is a dream come true. Smike Wallen is 41, handsome, rugged, smart, sensitive and gay!
- Patti meets her newest client, Greg Knoll, a 47-year-old mortgage broker and self-made millionaire who, after two engagements, hasn't been able to make it to the altar. Last season, this Kurdish playboy, Zagros, notoriously broke Patti's rules and slept with his date, creating such a scandal that he was booted from the club. Now one year later and one year older at 31, the rogue Kurd claims to be a reformed man looking to finally find a wife.
- The first is Justin Levine, a Canadian trust fund millionaire who has recently moved to Los Angeles to fully pursue his new career in the entertainment industry. Justin is a real-life Peter Pan, as this 40-year-old man never wants to grow up. It goes from bad to worse when Patti finds out her other client is Kevin Strom, a self-professed chauvinist movie producer who needs a woman who will stay in the kitchen and keep her mouth shut during his beloved football games.

Aside from practicing law, he owns a muffin company, flies around the country on a private jet, is worth six million dollars, and admits that he's "too generous" with women.
- Patti's first millionaire is Tricia Cruz, a free-spirited 38 year-old divorcee who is thinking about switching teams and dating women. Destin convinces Patti to help out a 26-year-old farmer from Indiana who's very sheltered. This recruiting session is unlike any Patti and her team has ever held, as they find gay women and hot, rugged men for Tricia, and pageant Christian beauties for Trevor.
- Douglas Donehoo is a 39 year-old gay millionaire who owns an all-organic sportswear line. Patti's other client is British import, Nicole Sherwin, a 40-year-old divorcee who now lives in L.A. When Nicole demands the ideal man who doesn't exist, Patti gives the snobby, superior eco-princess the inconvenient truth that at her age, her options are limited, especially in youth-obsessed L.A.
- Up first for Patti is ex-professional volleyball player Ayinde Alakoye. He's 37-years-old, well built, tall, with everything going for him. Next up is Will Ratner, a $40 million trust fund baby from Los Angeles. He's arrogant, selfish, and worst of all, he's cheated on several girlfriends!
- From worst date moments to favorite Patti-isms, Andy Cohen gets the inside scoop on which clients pushed Patti's buttons and which she was able to whip into shape. Millionaires from the past season will also join in to update viewers on the current state of their love lives.
