- Wes Jacobs (Mark Stacey White) runs a kidnapping ring from a burned out office building during a recession. Wes, hires Jay (Matt Pohlkamp) and Eddie (Tommy Dishman) who have lost their jobs due to a down-turned economy. The three come up with a plan to kidnap real estate guru Max Murphy (Marc Macaulay) for the ultimate ransom that will enable them to retire. Things get complicated when one of the kidnapees ends up dead.
- A look into the dark world of would be rocker Vinyl Eddie, who has chosen the path of sex, drugs and whiskey instead of focusing on his dream. The people he finds himself with are just part of his problem. Vinyl's bass guitarist, Mike calls it like it is and knows that Vinyl is a drunk who is never going to change. Drummer of the band Chris, chooses to cast a blind eye, constantly making excuses for Vinyl and his careless ways stating "It's just how he is" and "It's not that bad." After a show, a drunk Vinyl encounters a beautiful young fan named Sam and heads to her apartment with the promise of more "fun". What he finds is a moment of clarity, but is it enough to make him change? Nevertheless, he heads back to the club to have one last drink.
