- Maksim, successful businessman doesn't give a second thought when his wife, a journalist of great renown, gets a new assignment and sets out for a forsaken far away village. After USSR collapsed, the research was suspended and the facility shut down. But the people, on a visit to the island, continued to vanish into thin air. Shocked by the news, the protagonist leaves everything behind to go searching for his wife. Having researched the village and spoken to the locals, Maksim is left shaken and stirred as he realizes that there is more to this village than meets the eye. Sinister and out-of-this-world things are going on here...
