He is supported by Rudi Birkenberger, now a department-store detective but previously with Franz in the Munich detective squad until both were suspended. The Höpfl case gets even more tangled when a second corpse is found, that of a drug-addict hustler with whom Höpfl had been in contact. Franz must also cope with the fact that his Susi is having an affair and he thinks the lover is the Thai offspring of his estranged brother, who is supposed to be their babysitter.

She even thinks she knows who is behind the pseudonym, and when she wants to meet the stranger, the whole scam threatens to be exposed. Now Matthias and his accomplice Tom need a real admirer. But it comes from somewhere completely different than expected.

Ein Schlag ins Gesicht für Jule. Davon will sie sich aber nicht aufhalten lassen, wirft Marco aus dem gemeinsamen Eigenheim und reist mit Fine an die Nordsee, um die neuen Firmenräume zu besichtigen. Aber auch dort läuft nichts wie geplant: Fine fühlt sich nicht wohl und will wieder heim zu ihrem Hasen Horst. Darüber hinaus realisiert Jule erst vor Ort, dass Birthe nicht die richtige Geschäftspartnerin für sie ist. Ihr Traum platzt, und Jule muss neu planen - und sich um ihre Tochter kümmern. Was wäre da besser geeignet als ein schönes gemeinsames Osterfest zu Hause. Das perfekte Geschenk für Fine und auch ein Ausflug auf einen Reiterhof ist in Planung. Doch als der geliebte Hase plötzlich tot im Käfig liegt und Fine sich wünscht, an Ostern lieber bei ihrem Papa zu sein, weiß Jule erst einmal nicht mehr weiter. Nach der feierlichen Beerdigung von Horst im hauseigenen Garten fährt Jule allein ins Voralpenland zu ihrer Mutter Gabriele, die eine Pension betreibt. Allerdings scheint auch Gabriele andere Pläne als ihre Tochter zu haben: Jule und Fine sollen zu ihr aufs Land ziehen. Das will Jule aber auf keinen Fall. Während Fine die Ostertage bei ihrem Vater verbringt, passiert auch noch das Unfassbare: Horst lebt. Ihr geliebter Hase ist auferstanden und dies dank der neuen Freundin ihres Papas, die wohl Wunder bewirken kann. Dass Horst nun jünger und fitter aussieht, scheint Fine gar nicht aufzufallen. Jule kann nicht fassen, wie Marco und Natalie eine Sechsjährige in diesem Glauben lassen können. Doch bald schon muss Jule erkennen, dass sie ihre Tochter mit ihren Vorstellungen vom Leben überfordert, und muss sich die Frage stellen, was das Beste für Fine ist.

Bewährungshelferin Klara Sonntag geht ihre Arbeit zwar mit Herz an, achtet aber auf Korrektheit. Ihr rechtliches Koordinatensystem kennt die Beamtin selbstverständlich, als sie über den Angeklagten Henning Stehmann ein Gutachten schreiben soll. Ihren Gerichtshilfe-Auftrag, bei dem Anlagebetrüger nach mildernden oder verschärfenden Umständen zu schauen, müsste sie allerdings aus Befangenheit abgeben: Henning ist ihre Jugendliebe "Struppi". Sehenden Auges lässt sich Klara nicht nur auf seinen Charme ein, sondern beginnt sogar den Unschuldsbeteuerungen des charmanten Überzeugungskünstlers nachzugehen. Nicht einmal Biggy kann Klara ins Gewissen reden. Auch die befreundete Kollegin tut sich unterdessen mit ihrem aktuellen Fall alles andere als leicht. Der verurteilte Volksverhetzer Telschik, den Biggy zum Ableisten seiner Sozialstunden bewegen muss, provoziert mit Sticheleien. Als Biggy einen Fehler macht, kann sie sich auf Klaras Lösungskompetenz verlassen.
