- Bakur (North) is a documentary that invites its audience to reflect on a war that has been continuing for decades and gives an insightful look on its main subject, the PKK. The film follows the lives of the guerilla in three different camps on the Kurdish region (north) that lies within Turkish borders.

In this feature documentary, parents of lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans-gender individuals in Turkey intimately share their experiences with the viewer, as they redefine what it means to be parents, family, and activists in this conservative, homophobic, and trans-phobic society.
- "Yildiz Alpar: From Bedii Raks Till Today" tells the achievement story, which has few examples in the world. Yildiz Alpar who was born in 1931 in Istanbul, went to Piano course in Istanbul Municipal Conservatory in 1943 and met there famous Russian ballet teacher Lidya Krassa Arzumanova. Thus, she started her ballet career, which lasted till today. In 1949 she gained bursary from French Consolate Culture Attache Office and attended Paris Opera and Ballet, then returned to Turkey. At that period there wasn't anything related to ballet in Turkey so with determination and big efforts she founded "Yildiz Alpar Private Ballet, Music and Theatre School" in 1964 in Kadikoy. Yildiz Alpar continues on giving lessons for 46 years in the same place and she shares with us almost a century she witnessed.
- Sait Kirmizitoprak, aka Dr. Sivan, comes from one of the families who were murdered in Dersim Massacre in 1938. Dr. Sivan was a successful doctor, and evolved into a leading figure of the Kurdish Movement in Turkey since his murder in 1971. This documentary follows Dr. Sivan's life and death while sheds light on the recent Kurdish political history.
- "38" tells the occurences in Dersim where the Turkish Republic sought to impose the nation-state concept in the years 1937-38, through the eyes of witnesses and culprits - after 68 years the events come as a "silent scream" before our eyes in this documentary.
- Following the military intervention of 1980 the number of people who died during interrogation or in prison increased. As a result of the unsanitary conditions and torture in prisons, 299 people died while incarcerated.
