- This documentary shows aspects of a Sunday afternoon in May 29, 2016 at Praça do Marco Zero, Bairro do Recife, PE, Brazil. The place, a point of convergence in the city during the weekend, is much sought after by the city's population for leisure, fun, culture and entertainment. The singer Ana Paula Guedes and the samba group Voz Nagô perform at the Polo Cultural do Marco Zero.

However, even this project of discipline and control designed for the prison model is failed because the system is precarious with deficiencies in the physical structure, in the operation and the human resources that compose it.
