- "Billy Masters LIVE!" is a bi-weekly chat show hosted by comedian and columnist Billy Masters. It began in response to the coronavirus pandemic - as something to entertain people while quarantining at home. It springs from Masters' weekly column, which has been syndicated to publications around the globe for 25 years.

- Billy Masters interviews legendary entertainment reporter Steve Kmetko and young LGBT activist James Duke Mason. Discussion topics include how entertainment reporting has changed over the years and the visibility of LGBTQ performers. Also discussed are topics of ageism - both in Hollywood and around the world.
- Billy interviews legendary performers Bruce Vilanch and Andrea Martin. Since both appeared in "Hairspray" (Vilanch on Broadway and on the national tour, Martin on TV), Billy surprised them with the composer, Marc Shaiman. The quartet perform a scene from Hairspray.

They discuss their many experiences on stage and screen, and the trio recreated the famed dressing room scene from "Dreamgirls".
- Billy is joined by performers Varla Jean Merman and Judy Gold. Topics of discussion include performing in vacation spots, connecting with an audience, writing a show, and how to keep your humor during a pandemic. Also, how to adapt to the new normal and when things will get better.
- This is an extensive interview with Fran Drescher on the day the sitcom "Indebted" was airing its first season finale. Billy invites several surprise guests - including Fran's gay ex-husband, PeterMarc Jacobson, her attorney, Mark Sendroff, her first agent, Dan Guerrero. As an added treat, they are joined by Lainie Kazan, who played Fran's aunt on "The Nanny" and her mother on "Living with Fran"
- An extra special show with Billy joined by one of his best friends, the joyous Jenifer Lewis. The two talk about everything, including how they met, Lewis' extensive career in theatre, film, and television, and performing together. As usual, Billy has several surprise guests - including director/choreographer Jerry Mitchell, writer Mark Alton Brown, and songwriter Marc Shaiman. The group performs a scene from the cult classic "Jackie's Back"

They discuss the changes they have seen regarding LGBT performers, their coming out process, and how the series came together. As a special guest, they are joined by Bill Brochtrup, who also appears in "After Forever" and also paved the way for LGBT performers during his time on "NYPD Blue"
- Legendary designer Bob Mackie is Billy's guest. They discuss Mackie's long career in television, how he helped shape the landscape and change how clothes were used to create characters. Then they are joined by a member of the fabulous Pointer Sisters - Anita Pointer. They discuss how Mackie (and Carol Burnett) helped the Pointer Sisters career and the role their performing wardrobe played in their success. They also discuss Anita's various health issues, the death of her daughter, and her break from the group.
- Billy is joined by Boston-based reported and publisher, Sue O'Connell. The two talk about their long history working together, the current pandemic and how it is affecting Boston, and a prediction for the summer. Then they are joined by Olympic diver, Greg Louganis - who talks about his experiences as a closeted athlete, the challenges of coming out, and what he's been up to in recent years. Aside from Billy's dog Li Li, another special guest is Olympic diver, Kent Ferguson. Kent and Greg discuss their failed attempts at getting cast on "The Amazing Race" and muse about why "Dancing with the Stars" has never invited Greg to compete - even on the "Athletes" season.
- Billy pays tribute to the legendary Darlene Love with a full show in her honor. The two discuss Love's extensive career, her work with Phil Spector, and making her way out of the background and into the spotlight. Special guests include Marc Shaiman, who talks about ensuring Love starred on Broadway in "Hairspray", and Paul Shaffer who talks about how the tradition of having Love perform on David Letterman's show began.

They are joined by legendary writer and performer, Bruce Vilanch, and drag artiste, Jackie Beat. The four talk about the necessity of writing as well as performing - and creating your own opportunities.
- Billy's guest is star of stage, screen and film, Faith Prince. Topics of conversation span the differences of performing in a recorded medium vs. performing in front of a live audience. And the pitfalls of performing in the round. While Prince is known primarily for big, characters in musical comedy, Billy spends quite a bit of time talking about Faith's dramatic roles and how she approaches them. They are joined by the fabulous Randy Roberts, who is a vocalist and has appeared in concert with Faith in the past. And the surprise guest is pianist and composer, John McDaniel - who toured with Faith.
- Billy's guests were supposed to be Lainie Kazan and Michele Lee - discussing for the first time publicly their experience on the musical "Seesaw". At the last minute, Lainie was ill so Billy gave an extended look at Michele Lee's career - on Broadway, television and film. They were joined by legendary playwright and performer, Charles Busch, who wrote the Broadway hit "The Tale of the Allergist's Wife" - which starred Michele Lee.
- Billy again opens the show with news anchor and publisher, Sue O'Connell. They discuss the pros and cons of re-opening the economy after quarantine. They are then joined by famed attorney, Gloria Allred. They discuss Allred's extensive career, the documentary about her life on Netflix, and how to endure during the pandemic. They also urge people to get out and vote.
