- The awards were handed out from 2000 to 2005 and given in conjunction with the GSTA International Conference & Trade Show. Achievements in marketing were also being honored (Marketing Achievement and Creativity Awards [MAC]).
- The awards are succeeded by the trophies handed out by the Giant Screen Ciema Association (GSCA).
