Movies I Can't Freaggin' Wait Fuh
Some of 2011's most anticapatory films. If there are any I have missed feel free to comment them in. Actually, comment on whatever it's your life. They are in no order and some I put in not because I'm looking forward to them but I'm gonna end up watching them anyway. It should be a good year!

- DirectorMartin CampbellStarsRyan ReynoldsBlake LivelyPeter SarsgaardReckless test pilot Hal Jordan is granted an alien ring that bestows him with otherworldly powers that inducts him into an intergalactic police force, the Green Lantern Corps. One of my favorite super heroes with one of my favorite actors ( Ryan Reynolds) taking the role. It could go either way in my opinion with Reynolds behind the wheel, but either way I'm gonna have to check it out. The director of Casino Royale which is possibly my favorite Bond film is directing as well so..... you do the math.
- DirectorMatthew VaughnStarsJames McAvoyMichael FassbenderJennifer LawrenceIn the 1960s, superpowered humans Charles Xavier and Erik Lensherr work together to find others like them, but Erik's vengeful pursuit of an ambitious mutant who ruined his life causes a schism to divide them.An X-Men film. Need I say more? Rhetorical question.
- DirectorRob MarshallStarsJohnny DeppPenélope CruzIan McShaneJack Sparrow and Barbossa embark on a quest to find the elusive fountain of youth, only to discover that Blackbeard and his daughter are after it too.Jack Sparrow up to his antics yet again! Should be good especially considering it still has Geoffrey Rush without the Knightley Bloom which was what held the others back I believe.
- DirectorTodd PhillipsStarsBradley CooperZach GalifianakisEd HelmsTwo years after the bachelor party in Las Vegas, Phil, Stu, Alan, and Doug jet to Thailand for Stu's wedding. Stu's plan for a subdued pre-wedding brunch, however, goes seriously awry.Couldn't think of a better comedy sequel that there could be! Hilarious cast with a great director, all reuniting to give it another go! If you liked the first one Due Date is another great one by the same director and also has Zach Galifianakis who exudes comedic genius! Bring extra undies people! One more exclamation mark to make my point!
- DirectorDavid FincherStarsDaniel CraigRooney MaraChristopher PlummerJournalist Mikael Blomkvist is aided in his search for a woman who has been missing for 40 years by young computer hacker Lisbeth Salander. This book by Stieg Larsson is one of the most enthralling mysteries I have ever read. I know there was a foreign film already made but I don't think it did the book justice. I would definitely recommend readign the book and then go out and catch the flick, it's a great combo. It makes films much more enjoyable after the book they are based upon is read.
- DirectorBruce RobinsonStarsJohnny DeppGiovanni RibisiAaron EckhartAmerican journalist Paul Kemp takes on a freelance job in Puerto Rico for a local newspaper during the 1960s and struggles to find a balance between island culture and the expatriates who live there.Another book I would definitely recommend, by one of the best authors ever to write, the late great Hunter S. Thompson. Johnny Depp and Benicio Del Toro reprise their roles from Fear and Loathing and with all that talent how could one not watch it in theaters.
- DirectorJ.J. AbramsStarsElle FanningAJ MichalkaKyle ChandlerDuring the summer of 1979, a group of friends witness a train crash and investigate subsequent unexplained events in their small town.J.J. Abrams at it again. I am a big fan of his work and if the trailer says anything about the film it has much potential to be another classic piece to add to his repertoire.
- DirectorWes CravenStarsNeve CampbellCourteney CoxDavid ArquetteTen years have passed, and Sidney Prescott, who has put herself back together thanks in part to her writing, is visited by the Ghostface Killer.I am excited to see the old cast all back in the saddle to rekindle what was many peoples favorite scary movie. I grew up in the Scream hype time so I am certainly hyped to scream some more, for old times sake at least.
- DirectorJoe WrightStarsSaoirse RonanCate BlanchettEric BanaA sixteen-year-old girl who was raised by her father to be the perfect assassin is dispatched on a mission across Europe, tracked by a ruthless intelligence agent and her operatives.Sounds a little like The Professional, but maybe more hardcore. Eric Bana is a great actor and Ronan is a great young actress. I can't ee either of them choosing a half butted script and they both usually give powerhouse performances so, yes, I am excited and you should be too.
- DirectorTroy NixeyStarsKatie HolmesGuy PearceBailee MadisonA young girl sent to live with her father and his new girlfriend believes that she has released creatures from a sealed ash pit in the basement of her new home.Looks like one of the scariest films of 2011, some quality creatures popping up, the trailer made me jump! Good sign of things to come, or just a good marketing ploy that sucked me in!
- DirectorJason WinerStarsRussell BrandHelen MirrenJennifer GarnerA drunken playboy stands to lose a wealthy inheritance when he falls for a woman his family doesn't like. Can't wait for Russell Brand to man the helm of another film! Get Him to the Greek, his last film, was a classic. I'm hoping for nothing less from a comedic genius. He is definitely one of the best comedic actors around today, even his book is hilarious, which I would also recommend. (My Booky Wook by Russell Brand)
- DirectorMichael BayStarsShia LaBeoufRosie Huntington-WhiteleyTyrese GibsonThe Autobots learn of a Cybertronian spacecraft hidden on the moon, and race against the Decepticons to reach it and to learn its secrets. Not a big fan, but hoping Shia Lebeouf gets killed off in this one. I am disappointed there won't be megan fox's arse bouncin' around.
- DirectorDavid YatesStarsDaniel RadcliffeEmma WatsonRupert GrintHarry, Ron, and Hermione search for Voldemort's remaining Horcruxes in their effort to destroy the Dark Lord as the final battle rages on at Hogwarts. The End is Neigh! Not a big fan, but hoping whats-his-face gets killed of in this one. At least Emma Watson's arse will be bouncing around. Finally it will be over, until of course they make a prequel or some crap... Anyway I have invested too many hours of watching these stupid films to not see how it all ends.
- DirectorJon FavreauStarsDaniel CraigHarrison FordOlivia WildeA spaceship arrives in 1873 Arizona to take over the Earth, starting with the Wild West region. All that stands in their way: a posse of cowboys and natives.Seems to be an A-List class with an original plot goin' on. Sam Rockwell as an alien busting cowboy sounds promising!
- DirectorBill CondonStarsKristen StewartRobert PattinsonTaylor LautnerThe Quileutes close in on expecting parents Edward and Bella, whose unborn child poses a threat to the Wolf Pack and the towns people of Forks.OK yes twilight, I'm a guy but yes I can't freaggin' wait, it's sad. A girl got me into it, they are good books yadda yadda Kristen Stewart is a goddess and I'm a dude who watches Twilight, oh boy...
- DirectorZack SnyderStarsEmily BrowningVanessa HudgensAbbie CornishA young girl institutionalized by her abusive stepfather retreats to an alternative reality as a coping strategy and envisions a plan to help her escape.Zack Snyder is one of my favorite directors so, here goes nothing, I'm hoping for the best.
- DirectorRuben FleischerStarsJesse EisenbergDanny McBrideNick SwardsonTwo fledgling criminals kidnap a pizza delivery guy, strap a bomb to his chest, and inform him that he has mere hours to rob a bank or else...Aziz Ansari and Jesse Eisenberg, with... drum roll please, Danny McBride, should make for a rip roarin' laugh out loud comedy for the ages! Eisenberg's nerdy uptight way, aziz's outgoing friendly type with mcbride's curt blunt persona should be a great match. This director also has directed much of Funny or Die which is the F'in' most outrageous HBO sketch show and Zombieland, one of my all time all around favorites.
- DirectorJohn GulagerStarsDanielle PanabakerVing RhamesDavid HasselhoffAfter the events at Lake Victoria, the pre-historic school of blood-thirsty piranhas make their way into a newly opened waterpark.Don't know what, why, who , what..... this confuses me on so many different levels....
