My coment: coming from Cronenberg, this is a huge deal, and yet again with Viggo Mortensen and Vincent Cassel, after their stunning performances in "Eastern Promises". This may be Viggo's next nomination for best actor and perhaps best secundary actress for Keira Knightley. Also Michael Fassbender makes the cut. In my opinion, and because Keira Knightley is my favourite actress, and all the others actors very good in what they do, "A Dangerous Method" might be one of the best movies of the year. Not to mention the fabulous work of Cronenberg. I like the pictures so far, love the story, I expect the rest will be amazing as well. - DirectorTerrence MalickStarsBrad PittSean PennJessica ChastainThe story of a family in Waco, Texas in 1956. The eldest son witnesses the loss of innocence and struggles with his parents' conflicting teachings. The story centers around a family with three boys in the 1950s. The eldest son witnesses the loss of innocence.
My coment: This movie is about to open the human mind and makes go emotional. The trailer is absolutely beautiful, some pictures look great. I just want to hear the soundtrack and really see the movie. It's not to far. We only will have to wait for 26th May. We can expect great jobs from Brad Pitt, Sean Penn, even Jessica Chastain, who looks amazing. I'm not familiar with Terrence Malick's works but this one seems pretty good. Oscar worthy. - DirectorDavid YatesStarsDaniel RadcliffeEmma WatsonRupert GrintHarry, Ron, and Hermione search for Voldemort's remaining Horcruxes in their effort to destroy the Dark Lord as the final battle rages on at Hogwarts. The end begins as Harry, Ron, and Hermione go back to Hogwarts to find and destroy Voldemort's final horcruxes, but when Voldemort finds out about their mission, the biggest battle begins and life as they know it will never be the same again.
My coment: I love the Harry Potter saga. Magic everywhere. This chapter, and, happily, the last will be a huge hit. A giant blockbuster. At this moment I can dream: I wish the Academy recognizes fantasy again this year, like 2003 with "The Lord of the Rings: the return of the king", although not with many awards, but some. I hope it to be the grand finally as the say. With many surprises. - DirectorRob MarshallStarsJohnny DeppPenélope CruzIan McShaneJack Sparrow and Barbossa embark on a quest to find the elusive fountain of youth, only to discover that Blackbeard and his daughter are after it too.Jack Sparrow and Barbossa embark on a quest to find the elusive fountain of youth, only to discover that Blackbeard and his daughter are after it too.
My coment: I know that sequels can ve very tiresome. But this is Captain Jack Sparrow, not Shrek. Another summer adventure, since last year was a mess. In this turn is Penelope Cruz (not very excited, but okay), Ian McShane looks fantastic and he'll bring new black colours to the movie. And Gemmar Ward, a mermaid? Finally they brought mermaids to a pirates movie. They're already planning the fifth instalment, I hope they do. - DirectorSteven SoderberghStarsMatt DamonKate WinsletJude LawHealthcare professionals, government officials and everyday people find themselves in the midst of a pandemic as the CDC works to find a cure.An action-thriller centered on the threat posed by a deadly disease and an international team of doctors contracted by the CDC to deal with the outbreak.
My comment: I expect great accomplishments in this particular movie. Yet again, there's far too many famous or good actors. That might be good, or some big *beep* I don't enjoy Matt Damon's and Gwyneth Paltrow's work, the only reason I have high expectations is because the movie is a sci-fi, and along the way there is Marion Cotillard, Kate Winslet and Laurence Fishburne. They'll save the movie, for sure. - DirectorJoe WrightStarsSaoirse RonanCate BlanchettEric BanaA sixteen-year-old girl who was raised by her father to be the perfect assassin is dispatched on a mission across Europe, tracked by a ruthless intelligence agent and her operatives.A 16-year-old who was raised by her father to be the perfect assassin is dispatched on a mission across Europe, tracked by a ruthless intelligence agent and her operatives.
My comment: I always get excited for Joe Wright's movies. I am a huge fan o "Atonement" and especially "Pride and Prejudice". This can be a big jump for Wright. Saoirse Ronan stars in it, and my second favourite lady/actress Cate Blanchett, so there's many reasons why this is one of my favourites of 2011. I don't like the soundtrack, its not my type, but considering it an action movie, it might work very well. - DirectorCary Joji FukunagaStarsMia WasikowskaMichael FassbenderJamie BellA mousy governess who softens the heart of her employer soon discovers that he's hiding a terrible secret.A mousy governess who softens the heart of her employer soon discovers that he's hiding a terrible secret.
My comment: Michael Fassbender is everywhere, in Jane Eyre too. But thats nice, he's a worthy actor. This movie will surely be one of my favourites of the year after I watch it. Having Judi Dench in it, just like in "Pride and Prejudice" (2005) make of this movie a must-see. Mia Wasikowska, her name doesn't even seems difficult to pronounce anymore, or write, for that matters, will bring a new portraite of another great character. - DirectorDeclan DonnellanNick OrmerodStarsRobert PattinsonUma ThurmanKristin Scott ThomasA chronicle of a young man's rise to power in Paris via his manipulation of the city's wealthiest and most influential women.A chronicle of a young man's rise to power in Paris via his manipulation of the city's most influential and wealthy women.
My comment: I'm not a Robert Pattinson fan, but I'm a Uma Thurman giant fan. This is not "Kill Bill", still I'm excited. The plot is very interesting. And Kristin Scott Thomas and Christina Ricci are in it. And thats enough. - DirectorRoland EmmerichStarsRhys IfansVanessa RedgraveDavid ThewlisThe theory that it was in fact Edward De Vere, Earl of Oxford, who penned Shakespeare's plays.
