- DirectorEnzo BarboniStarsTerence HillBud SpencerSteffen ZachariasA lazy, unorthodox gunfighter and his portly, horse-thieving brother defend a Mormon settlement from a land-grabbing Major, a Mexican bandit, and their henchmen. An all-time high! - The defining film for the era of pairing Bud Spence with Terence Hill on screen has everything we love about them. The constant eating of giant portions of beans, two charming characters inhabited and perfected by Terence and Bud who play great off of each other. Stupid villains who you like to see get punched in the face (repeatedly), great cartoonish fight choreography, dirty dirty clothes and sets and a constant flow of funny lines and jokes with deadpan delivery. Also one of the best opening/title sequences of all time, with Terence's character crossing the desert while sleeping on a makeshift stretcher that's being pulled by a horse. A lazy hero, if we ever saw one. When he enters the saloon and dusts off his shirt full of holes... I dare you not to love the movie 5 minutes in.
- DirectorMarcello FondatoStarsTerence HillBud SpencerJohn SharpAfter a tied first place in a local stunt race, two drivers start a contest to decide which of them will own the prize, a dune buggy. But when a mobster destroys the car, they are determined to get it back.An effortless charming comedy that's completely coasting on the charm of our favourite duo. The two playing off of each other is a delight. Career highlight even with a bare bones story and over the top childish and goofy villains. The perfect example of a Bud Spencer/Terence Hill movie, as this would not work with any other actors and captures the essence of what made them huge stars. Can watch it any time.
- DirectorGiuseppe ColizziStarsTerence HillBud SpencerEli WallachA recently-escaped bandit forms an unlikely alliance with two bounty hunters and an acrobat to get revenge against the people who framed him.Sequel to DIO PERDONA... IO NO! (further down the list) and the middle (and best) part of an early western trilogy with the dynamic duo preceding the Trinity movies. Actually the closest to a Trinity movie outside of the two actual ones (many movies were sold as Trinity movies in foreign countries, but was disingenious). Improves the quality of their first pairing by adding a more interesting story and a great Eli Wallach performance. The comedy is not as childish or silly as later in their career and it veers towards a real Spaghetti Western. (Not for children)
- DirectorItalo ZingarelliStarsTerence HillBud SpencerJoe BugnerIn Africa, 2 expat "brothers" are usually at each other's throats but now have a common enemy. Ormond's men are shooting or catching much of the wildlife for export as well as forcing the locals off their land. Lots of fun fights follow. Not rated yet, have to re-watch it first.
- DirectorSergio CorbucciStarsTerence HillBud SpencerLuciano CatenacciA Navy detective enlists his brother, a former gambler, to help him liquidate an illegal gaming house on a yacht near Miami. Not rated yet, have to re-watch it first.
- DirectorEnzo BarboniStarsTerence HillBud SpencerApril CloughA jazz musician and a stunt man are the spitting image of two millionaire brothers. They take the job to replace them in Rio de Janeiro when someone plans to assassinate them.In this one we get Bud Spencer and Terence Hill twice! They each play two characters who are respective spitting images. Goofy comedy with the tried and true ingredients and some great debauchery. Terence and Bud have fun with their stick-up-their-butt counterparts. Double the fun.
- DirectorSergio CorbucciStarsTerence HillBud SpencerJohn FujiokaOn a small pacific island, Alan and Charlie try to find a war treasure left behind by the Japanese army in World War II.Our duo delivers the charmes and their great chemistry but the jokes are rare and the fight scene choreography feels more repetetive than usual. A typical film for their era whith all that entails. Still a fun and delightful watch!
- DirectorGiuseppe ColizziStarsTerence HillFrank WolffBud SpencerAfter a train is robbed of its payroll, an insurance agent and a card-shark team-up to retrieve the loot from the bandits who guard it at a secret location near the Mexican border.First time as an onscreen duo. Terence is clearly the lead though. The chemistry between them already full blown the first time around. (Not for children)
- DirectorEnzo BarboniStarsTerence HillBud SpencerBuffy DeeTwo men meet in a strange situation and end up being mistaken first for robbers, then for Secret Service agents. Not rated yet, have to re-watch it first.
- DirectorEnzo BarboniStarsTerence HillBud SpencerDavid HuddlestonAn attempted robbery turns to be an unexpected recruitment when two unemployed men mistakenly break into a police office instead of a store. Not rated yet, have to re-watch it first.
- DirectorFranco RossiStarsTerence HillBud SpencerJean-Pierre AumontTwo unusual missionaries in NW Venezuela help their flock sell their crop and are never afraid of a fight to protect their flock from an evil, corrupt governor. This is a weird mixture that doesn't flow as well as usual. The story goes from serious (almost dark) to light-hearted within seconds and the usual funny fights don't mesh well with the story of a revolution. Film is too fascinated with it's locations and backdrops and has pacing issues.
- DirectorGiuseppe ColizziStarsTerence HillBud SpencerWoody StrodeVictims of oppressive town boss Honey are offered help by an unusual alliance of gunmen and circus performers.Pretty boring and unimaginitive sequel to I QUATTRO DELL'AVE MARIA. Finishes off the trilogy. Terence and Bud have not enough screen time, the villain is lame and there is a ton of circus stuff that is just not cool. (Not for children)
- DirectorEnzo BarboniStarsTerence HillBud SpencerYanti SomerBambino tries to teach his brother Trinity how to become an outlaw, but the two wind up saving a pioneer family and breaking up an arms ring instead. Not rated yet, have to re-watch it first.
