- DirectorAmy BergStarsNick CaveElaine AndersonSam BrowerWhen Warren Jeffs rose to Prophet of the Fundamentalist Church of Latter Day Saints, he took control of a religion with a history of polygamous and underage marriage. In a short time, Warren managed to expand these practices and the power of his position in unprecedented ways. He bridged the gap between sister wives and ecclesiastical rape, befuddling the moral compass of his entire congregation. The film examines Warren Jeffs' life and shows how he became a worshiped and adored Prophet. Warren has a devout following numbering in the tens of thousands, many of whom would give their life at any moment with just one word from the Prophet. Despite a trail of abuse and ruined lives, Warren has maintained his grip on power.

- DirectorMarc LevinStarsMichael Levine'Freeway' Ricky RossEric SterlingFREEWAY: CRACK IN THE SYSTEM tells the story of broken dreams, drug dealers, dirty cops, and government complicity-more compelling than fiction, it's the real story behind America's longest war. This documentary by award-winning filmmaker Marc Levin (SLAM, Mr. Untouchable, Brick City) exposes how the infiltration of crack cocaine destroyed inner-city neighborhoods across the country. At the center of it all is the rise, fall and redemption of Freeway Rick Ross, a street hustler who became the King of Crack, and journalist Gary Webb, who broke the story of the CIA's complicity in the drug war. Featuring exclusive interviews with Freeway Rick Ross, not to be confused with the rapper who took his name Pulitzer Prize winning journalist Gary Webb, his source Coral Baca, and wife Susan Webb former Los Angeles Deputy Sheriff Roberto Juarez drug trafficker Julio Zavala and many more. The real Rick Ross is not a rapper. He's an urban legend in South Central LA, a black godfather figure whom most people have never seen, but know by name and reputation. He's 'Freeway' Rick Ross, the man who stood at the center of the crack epidemic, and whose name has been inextricably linked to the CIA-Contra-Cocaine connection. His story defies all odds and stereotypes and proves that truth is indeed stranger than fiction.
- DirectorCindy MeehlStarsBuck BrannamanBetty StaleyTina CornishHumane treatment of animals has always been my passion, and while horses and humans have worked together since the beginning of time, horses remain one of the most misunderstood animals on our planet. Buck Brannaman has spent his lifetime with horses and he truly gets how the horse thinks, learns and feels. He has developed a communication with them that garners amazing results in a remarkable respectful way that the horse really responds to. After filming my documentary BUCK, I sat through the editing process wishing everyone could see and learn from the invaluable footage that I had. The documentary was very successful bringing awareness to Brannaman and his masterful horsemanship, but it wasn't the appropriate format to impart specific instructional techniques. It was my desire to complete my mission of making people aware of this kind of compassionate horsemanship that eliminates excessive harsh treatment and equipment, and encourages a more natural approach to the horse and his environment. It took over a year to review 300+ hours of footage and organized Buck's lessons into more than 10 hours of detailed instruction taken directly from his clinics, titled 7 Clinics with Buck Brannaman. Ive spent my life riding horses and taking lessons, but once I was taught this method, I realized that I had unknowingly spent many years just confusing my horses and putting them on the defensive. It is my mission that everyone ride in this manner, no matter what discipline, for the safety and joy of both horse and rider.
