- DirectorSylvester StalloneStarsSylvester StalloneTalia ShireBurt YoungRocky Balboa proudly holds the world heavyweight boxing championship, but a new challenger has stepped forward: Drago, a six-foot-four, 261-pound fighter who has the backing of the Soviet Union. My number 1 favorite: the best Rocky of all time. It was my first Rocky and Stallone film I saw as a kid. This movie made me in to a Rocky fan and a Stallone fan. My dad recommend me this movie and it was the reason, why I wanted to see all 4 movies. This was my first Rocky movie it is my father's favorite film. In my opinion all 4 Rocky movies are great. This is my number 1 favorite Rocky film of all time. This is the only Rocky movie that dosen't have song artist Bill Conti. At the time Bill Conti was so busy making music score for The Karate Kid Part II (1986) and he was unavailable. So Sly hierd Vince DiCola for the music score and In my opinion it was the best music score, better than Bill Conti's that was dramatic to me. "Excuse, please. You are not very realistic, are you, Mr Creed? What are you talkin' about? You can box, yes, but you are far too old to think you can win over Drago. - Is that a fact? - Yes! And it could be a painful one! Put that heavy bag with eyeballs in the ring with me and you'll see pain! - Why do you insult us? - Now you just hold on here. I'm not the bad guy. I came to talk about a friendly exhibition bout... ...till Comrade Bigmouth started up! - It is you who are the aggressor. I wish to say to the press, in all fairness... ...Drago should not even fight this man, because he is a has-been. You get that big chump in the ring right now... - Stop this before you get hurt. - I don't wanna hear! Let that chump go! All right, all right. I've said what I feel. - We'll finish this in the ring! - Wherever you like. You shut up, and all these puppets you brought with you! You're history, chump!" I love this movie to death.
- DirectorSylvester StalloneStarsSylvester StalloneTalia ShireBurt YoungRocky faces the ultimate challenge from a powerful new contender, and must turn to a former rival to help regain his throne as the undisputed fighting champion. My second personal favorite action Rocky film. Another classic the greatest sequel in the "Rocky" trilogy of the 80's. Rocky III come out the same year as "First Blood". It is a diferent third entry in the Rocky saga from the first two movies. It is in an Eye of the Tiger difrent style. After Sly completed Rocky II in 1979 Sly wrote a script for the third movie so that he completed the Rocky trilogy saga. Sylvester Stallone beautiful wrote a script, acted and directed. This was my third Rocky film of the five films I saw in the 90's. It is my fourth favorite Rocky film and I love this movie to death!
- DirectorSylvester StalloneStarsSylvester StalloneTalia ShireBurt YoungRocky struggles in family life after his bout with Apollo Creed, while the embarrassed champ insistently goads him to accept a challenge for a rematch. My third favorite Rocky movie and it is a Rocky II is a real movie it is one of the best, best, greatest sequels of all time. I love, love Rocky II to death. It is my third best favorite Rocky movie of all time. I put this movie above the first one. This is the real Rocky, the boxing match in the finale is for real. Sylvester Stallone and Carl Weathers fought for real they did not act. Creed II is a joke! Every time I drink a beer Union I remember this film. When I was 18 in 2002 I was in this bar alone and the wall remind me on Rocky II every time I remember those good times I think of Rocky II! This is my favorite film, I remember this match between Rocky and Apollo I love this movie to death! Yes I put this movie above Rocky Balboa (2006) even tough I love Rocky Balboa to death! Rocky II is my third favorite film, I don't care what anyone says it is the best sequel I have ever saw! I enjoy it, every time i watch it specially the final fight.
- DirectorSylvester StalloneStarsSylvester StalloneAntonio TarverMilo VentimigliaThirty years after the ring of the first bell, Rocky Balboa comes out of retirement and dons his gloves for his final fight against the reigning heavyweight champ Mason 'The Line' Dixon. My fourth personal favorite Rocky movie of all time. It ain't over til it's over - Rocky Balboa fixes Rocky V and it is the final sixth movie in the Rocky franchise. For me this movie ended the franchise perfectly well. Sly stated after this movie he is done with Rocky. He always wanted to do this movie, but he never had a time and the quality script for the story until in the early 2000's when his career was over. He dicede to make another Rocky and Rambo sequel. er - the best classic and final sixth installment Rocky movie MILES way better than Creed! Rocky Balboa is my fifth and final favorite Rocky film it goes back to the roots and mostly it is continuation from the first original movie.
- DirectorJohn G. AvildsenStarsSylvester StalloneTalia ShireBurt YoungA small-time Philadelphia boxer gets a supremely rare chance to fight the world heavyweight champion in a bout in which he strives to go the distance for his self-respect.My fifth personal favorite Rocky movie of all time. This is an underdog story and Rocky is a high quality movie it won a best picture at the oscars and it deserve it. It is a sport cinema masterpiece and Sylvester Stallone and Rocky is the underdog of the underdog story's. Sly was always poor and almost homeless in the 70's, he didn't had anything to eat. This is the best sport boxing drama of all time, I have ever seen. I would say "Rocky" and "First Blood" are the best movies in the franchise that Stallone filmed them. They started all. I am a huge Stallone fan i love him to death and the first original Rocky movie is the best one in the franchise. I love this film to death and it is my third favorite Rocky movie. Sylvester Stallone's best, best, best acting performance of all time.
- DirectorJohn G. AvildsenStarsSylvester StalloneTalia ShireBurt YoungReluctantly retired from fighting, Rocky takes charge of Mickey's gym and agrees to train a young protégé who's hungry for success. An average sequel a big step down from the first four Rocky movies. I like Rocky V but it is my least favorite in the Rocky movies. The movie is completely opposite what Rocky IV succeeded. It is a good movie but quality is terrible. Sly him self was very disspointed whit this movie, have give this movie a 0/10. I don't blame him, seeing this film for the first time as a kid. I hated this film, but over the time it become quilty pleasure of mine.
