- Hans Ahrens was born on July 14, 1869 in Rostock, Germany. He was an actor, known for Die Söhne des Grafen Steinfels (1915), Das Licht in der Nacht (1917) and Die nicht sterben sollen... (1916). He died on January 6, 1938 in Berlin, Germany.
- Afte the movie "Das wandernde Auge" (1919) Hans Ahres retired from the film business. It lasted till 1930 before he took part again in a feature movie for Robert Wiene's "Der Andere" (1930).
