The project, from MTV Entertainment Studios and 101 Studios, has been heating up for green light. A platform has not been determined yet, with Paramount+ rumored as a possibility.
The series is created and written by Harrison Query and Tommy Wallach who sold it as a pitch to Mtves/101. The duo executive produce with Richard Lagravenese who serves as showrunner. David Glasser and James Allen executive produce for 101 Studios.
The yet untitled project details the mysterious death and the surrounding media frenzy in the murder of JonBenét Ramsey, a case that captivated an entire nation and left us with more questions than answers.
