- Gretl Basch was born on July 3, 1885 in Vienna, Austria-Hungary [now Austria]. She was an actress, known for Die lustigen Weiber von Windsor (1918), Hannerl und ihre Liebhaber (1921) and Die vom Rummelplatz (1930). She was married to Felix Basch. She died on May 28, 1982 in Vienna, Austria.
