- After Bowman's appearance as Snow White at the 61st Annual Academy Awards she went on to appear as the fairy tale heroine in the musical revue, "Beach Blanket Babylon" at the Sands Hotel in Las Vegas.
- Eileen Bowman has been nominated, not once, but twice, for the San Diego Critics Circle award, in the "Outstanding Featured Performance in a Musical" category. Bowman has been nominated for her role as Adelaide in Guys and Dolls as well as her portrayal of three characters, DeDe,Angelica and Patricia, in Joe vs. the Volcano.
- Her opening act as Snow White crashing the theater and then doing an eleven-minute dance number with Rob Lowe was bashed by critics and sent producer Alan Carr into hiding for many years.
- Two of her eight projects (as of 2020) are connected to the movie Grease. Alan Carr produced the 1989 Oscar Show in which she infamously appeared as Snow White, and she appeared twice on Renegade starring Grease actor Lorenzo Lamas.
