Ludacris is cruising through New York a few days before the release of his new movie Dashing Through The Snow with Lil Rel. Our Zoom session isn’t long, but I’m happy to ask the rap legend a few questions. With six platinum albums, over 24 million records sold worldwide, and an integral part in the South’s initial reign of commercial dominance, he’s a certified rap legend. His resume gives his opinion a heavier weight than the average artist.

Given how he started his career, as a rapper and then as a star in the Fast and Furious franchise, it would have seemed unlikely to see Chris “Ludacris” Bridges starring in … a Christmas movie. But that’s exactly what is happening now: Bridges is featured alongside Lil Rel Howery in Dashing Through the Snow, Hollywood’s latest entry in the long line of “could this truly be the real Santa Claus?” films. Bridges spoke about the role, and said he was excited about the prospect of doing something unexpected. Chris Bridges, known by most as Ludacris, holds many titles - Grammy-winning rapper, actor, producer, and author - but nothing fills his cup quite like being a girl dad. The father of four has been leaning all the way in on his family-man status the past few years, launching the KidNation entertainment platform, releasing an animated Netflix series called "Karma's World," and, most recently, teaming up with Kellogg's Rice Krispies Treats for a fun partnership.
Ludacris worked with the snack brand to create a limited-edition kit for family game night, which is his favorite way to spend time with daughters Karma, Cai, Cadence, and Chance. "We play so many games," Ludacris tells Popsugar of the Bridges brood. "There are a lot of games that are parents vs. kids, and you just get to learn so much about each other. . . . It's games all day."

Ashton Kutcher has been making people laugh for over two decades. Through the years, he’s formed close relationships with people he’s worked with, even marrying one of his co-stars from early in his career. But a little over a decade ago, Ashton Kutcher starred in No Strings Attached and worked with a rapper who didn’t seem to appreciate Kutcher’s take on his music.

According to IMDb, the 2011 movie No Strings Attached starred Kutcher and Portman as two friends, Adam and Emma. In the movie, they decide to try a commitment-free sexual relationship. The two develop feelings for each other, complicating everything.

The last weekend of August, Toronto's biggest genre fans unite to wreak havoc, hang out and meet other fans as well as meet and greet their biggest idols in genre at FanExpo. I was able to interview an indie horror film director, Chris Power and meet the main Cannibal - Anthony Alviano.
It was such a pleasure to meet and chat with these guys. I had heard about Long Pigs first on Facebook, and wanted to see it instantly. I finally found this film at my local Blockbuster and convinced my boyfriend to rent it. What happened next was truly a treat!
I popped it into the DVD player and sat back with my popcorn. A radio announcer channeling his inner Bob McCowan (of CBC radio fame) assaults the viewer with his opinions, then we're introduced to Anthony, the sweet, gentle man who kills a prostitute just so he can make stew.

So for those unfamiliar with you, who is Chris Power and what is he all about?
First of thanks for your interest in our little flick! As to who I am – well I could give you the resume answer, but really I’m just a film geek who used to work at Blockbuster and finally made a movie that’s on the shelf at my old store.
What was the inspiration behind Long Pigs?
Well, there are two parts to that answer – when we were still in out early 20’s Nathan and I were looking to write a horror story based on actual events. Nathan (who’s originally from Newfoundland) had heard about a strange case that possibly involved ritualistic killings and actually contacted the murderer in prison – that evolved into a documentary in which we broke every journalistic rule in the book and made every mistake imaginable… Cut to...

For Canadian filmmakers Nathan Hynes and Chris Power, the journey to make their full-length feature debut, Long Pigs, was anything but typical.
“I had moved from Newfoundland to Toronto after I finished school,” explained Hynes. “I worked in a restaurant and the hostess told me that there she was talking to this film guy that had come into the restaurant. So I got all excited because I thought it was going to meet some big time movie guy.”
“I so badly wanted to get into the industry, but had no idea how to get my foot in the door. So when I walked over to this big shot filmmaker, it turned out to be Chris who was just another guy like me starting off in the industry. We hit it off immediately though and started working together right after that,” Hynes added.

Director Guy Ritchie was at the Toronto International Film Festival, and The Inisider was there! Watch as Ritchie talks only to The Insider about the film, being married to Madonna and whether they want more kids! Ritchie tells The Insider the main character of 'RocknRolla' was the city of London, a city he says his wife Madonna reintroduced him to. "I suppose being married to an American influences the way I look at London," the British director said. As for expanding their family, Ritchie jokes, "I don't know; the wife's in charge of those things." In the grand tradition of Ritchie's previous mob flicks such as 'Snatch' and 'Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels,' 'RocknRolla' (in theaters October 31) follows a group of mobsters and underworld players in London who scramble to get rich quick when a real-estate scam puts millions of pounds up for grabs.

Summer is going to hit the brakes pretty hard on August 22nd, and for about four weeks, we won't have that many high profile new releases. A lot of that has to do with the Toronto Film Festival, which goes for a couple of weeks right after Labor Day. Although I don't think it's Labor Day in Canada.
Regardless, business begins to pick up again around the third week in September, and goes at least three movies deep for about six straight weeks. September 19th has eight releases with big stars, and on October 10th, against competition that includes City of Ember and Quarantine, Guy Ritchie's latest, the all-too-familiar-looking RocknRolla, will hit theaters. It's actually the best possible weekend of that time period for the movie to debut. In terms of films that will share its audience, RocknRolla can avoid Saw V, Zack and Miri, and Max Payne in the rest of October,...

If Mark Wahlberg misses the Emmys this year -- it's because he might have a more pressing engagement -- the upcoming birth of his second son! When "The Insider" asked if he's going to the Emmys on September 21, where he's up for executive producing "Entourage," he said, "That's our due date so we'll see -- it would be nice to go there, get the Emmy, and then from the Emmys go to the hospital and bring our little boy into the world!" Mark and his longtime love Rhea Durham's new baby boy will join their 2-year-old son, Michael, and their 4-year-old daughter, Ella. Mark tells "The Insider" he loves being a dad -- he says his little girl is his angel, and admits that she has him wrapped around her little finger! We caught up with the busy actor/producer and his co-stars, Mila Kunis and Chris Bridges (aka Ludacris...
