- Dallas stripper who, during a Dallas Cowboys game against the Atlanta Falcons at the Cotton Bowl in 1967, created an impression on the crowd as well as on Dallas Cowboys general manager Tex Schramm by walking down the stadium stairs at the 50-yard-line, provocatively dressed and carrying cotton candy in each hand. Schramm decided the Cowboys needed a cheerleading team with uniforms similar to what Cash wore. In 1969, men were dropped from the co-ed Cowboys cheerleaders, the "Cow Belles and Beaux," and the all-female squad remaining became known as the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders.
- She became concerned about working conditions in strip clubs and quit dancing in the 1970's, instead playing in a blues rock band, Bubbles and the Bucks.
