The eight-minute featurette for “Justice League Dark,” that is included in the special features for “Batman: The Killing Joke,” has just been released for fans to check out. The animated film is Warner Bros. Animation’s latest DC project and features the superhero team composed of John Constantine, Black Orchid, Etrigan, Zatanna, Deadman and Swamp Thing.
The Justice League Dark is a team that focuses on supernatural and magical threats, not related to the Justice League in anyway. However, in the video it does show that Batman, Wonder Woman, Superman, and Green Lantern will all be making brief special appearances. Though, Batman will play a larger role than any of the other Justice League supporting characters.

Justice League Dark started out as a DC comic book, taking the universe's magical and supernatural A-listers and putting them in their own group book. For a brief while Guillermo del Toro was championing his idea of a live-action movie, but that appears to be on hold in favour of Wonder Woman, Batman, Aquaman and Justice League flicks in the next few years.
With the release of DC's latest animated film, Batman: The Killing Joke, we now get a 8-minute preview of their next animated project: Justice League Dark. The team-up of DC's darksiders includes Zatanna, John Constantine, Etrigan the Demon, Swamp Thing, Black Orchid and Deadman, with cameos from Batman, Green Lantern and Superman as well.
The Jld producers have hired TV Constantine lead actor Matt Ryan to voice his animated counterpart, which is pretty much making him the go-to guy for any John Constantine work to be done.

Constantine was never given a fair chance to succeed by NBC thanks to a terrible Friday night time slot and serious lack of marketing, and fans of the series have since campaigned hard for it to be resurrected. That led to Matt Ryan reprising the role in Arrow last year, but his future as the demon hunter in live-action is currently unknown.

Appearances from Superman and Green Lantern (John Stewart) were also revealed in the advanced look. Matt Ryan voices Constantine, Jason O'Mara continues his work as the voice of Batman, Tomb Raider voice actress Camilla Luddington voices Zatanna, Nicholas Turturro is Boston Brand and Ray Chase voices Etrigan.
