She divorced Ryan Sweeting after less than two years of marriage, and now it seems Kaley Cuoco is back in the game with a new boyfriend.
The “Big Bang Theory” actress posted a few flirty photographs via Instagram along with her rumored new beau Karl Cook, a professional equestrian and heir to his billionaire father Scott Cook’s fortune.
In the snapshots, Kaley and Karl certainly look cozy together, given the Pda-heavy vibe and the obvious chemistry between them.

"This is the biggest thing I've learned about business," says Scott Cook. "It's changed how we innovate."
Cook, the founder of Intuit, spoke at the Economist's Ideas Economy conference yesterday. Cook, who also serves on the boards of directors at eBay and Proctor & Gamble, sat down with Fast Company to offer his personal insights on the topic of human potential.
Cook began by echoing an earlier discussion from the conference: Human potential in the U.S. has waned. According to recent surveys, about 70% of American workers are not engaged: 20% are actively disengaged, and 50% are not particularly committed. Cook has spent years narrowing down the cause of this lack of engagement, and developing a solution.
"You've seen these people--the people who say: The boss doesn't get it. The company doesn't get it," Cook explains. "They know how to fix it. They have ideas, but no one cares, and no one allows...

Before I used computer-aided design to create products, I had pencils. Before I had pencils, I had Legos. Before Legos, crayons. Before crayons, blocks. And with these tools, I have always been a designer.
The act of exploring alternate ideas, prototyping them, testing them and then breaking them down in search of new ideas has been a passion of mine for as long as I can remember. It is a way of being that shapes everything I value, everything I do and the way I see the world.
That's probably why it's always a little surprising to me when non-designers find my way a novel--or even useful--way of experiencing life.
I just spent two days at a conference held in San Francisco by the venerable Design Management Institute. The conference, entitled Re-Thinking...Design, was a meeting of about 200 designers and business managers gathered to explore how the practices and processes of design are influencing business.
