Donell was educated at Calle Flygare Theater school in Stockholm,
Sweden and at various schools in Los Angeles. Right after moving to LA
he got the part as "Jörgen" in the Swedish drama series "Friends &
Enemies". He starred in 650 episodes from 1996 until 1999 when he left
the series to write, produce, co-direct, edit and play the lead part in
the feature film "Outside Your Door", a romantic drama dealing with
Tourette's Syndrome, that won the Cinestar Film Price For Best Youth
Film 2003.
Donell has continued to work as an actor in movies, TV-series and
commercials and as a professional speaker on subjects like NPD:s,
motivation and presentation techniques.
