Welcome to another crossover event between Basement Talk with Pete Duffy and WhatCulture! In this bonus episode of Basement Talk I gathered a couple of my wrestling friends together and discussed The Royal Rumble from start to finish.
Whether or not you enjoyed the Royal Rumble on Sunday night, it left us with much to talk about. From Ricardo Rodriguez duct taping The Big Show to the bottom rope to give Alberto Del Rio a win and a defense of the World Heavyweight Championship all the way to a controversial finish in the WWE Title match between Cm Punk and The Rock.
Not only do we discuss the happenings during the PPV itself but we lend our thoughts on the build up to each and match and how we felt about the story arcs as a whole. We also break down where we think each feud will carry on next...

Here we are with another What Culture/Basement Talk with Pete Duffy crossover podcast event!
We couldn’t get enough lists after our special Top 5 horror movies podcast, so we got back in the studio for some more ranking fun.
For this installment, we sat down and went over our personal favorite TV episodes of all time just for you!
From classic 70′s sitcoms to modern day dramas destined for longevity, we have culled our minds for what we deem to be the finest television has to offer.
Three guys with three very different perspectives setting out to determine what 5 episodes are our favorite. If you think this to be an easy task, just try it sometime. With so many episodes of any show ever in a lifetime, narrowing it down to just 5 was pretty tricky business.
We used emotional attachment, memories of childhood, and just some good old fashioned...

First things first. Do Not listen to this if you have Not seen The Dark Knight Rises!!! There are spoilers galore!
Now that that unpleasantness is behind us, let me just briefly explain what you are about to hear. The following podcast was born several months ago courtesy of my best friend Pete Duffy. It’s called Basement Talk even though it isn’t recorded in a basement, and usually the subject matter is based on who his guests are.
This episode is different… If you saw The Dark Knight Rises, love Batman, and want to hear my audible voice on this website for the first time, then you are in for a treat! We discuss the most anticipated film of 2012, give it our reviews, and look to the future, as we say goodbye to the Nolan Bat-Universe.
Two guys talking about Batman. Enjoy!
