Walts of the Toreadors;" in 1958, as Best Scenic Designer for "The Dark
at the Top of the Stairs;" in 1959, as Best Scenic Designer for "Jane
Eyre;" in 1964, as Best Scenic Designer and, with collaborator
Lewis M. Allen,
as Best Producer (Dramatic) and producer of Best Play nominee "The
Ballad of the Sad Cafe;" in 1974, as Best Lighting Designer for "A Moon
