In the film, three years after a tragic battle, Erik Reed returns to his city to protect his wife and daughter from a new threat. It's described as a "mature take on the Power Rangers franchise" and introduces a new universe. Jason David Frank shot to fame portraying the ever-popular Tommy Oliver in the "Mighty Morphin Power Rangers," which ran from 1993 to 1996. He began the series as The Green Ranger where, under the control of Rita Repulsa, he fights against the rest of the Rangers. However, Oliver is eventually broken free from Repulsa, joins the Power Rangers, and becomes their leader. While all the Power Rangers were popular, Oliver had a far more interesting backstory and complex character arc than the rest of the team, which led to him being a standout favorite among the group.
"Mighty Morphin Power Rangers" only lasted for three seasons, but Frank played Oliver countless times throughout his career. Most recently, he joined forces with Bat in the Sun Productions and reprised the role in their 2018 short, "Power Rangers Legacy Wars: Street Fighter Showdown." The film includes tons of nostalgic goodness, including a courageous Oliver, shiny power coins,...

It’s been quite some time since team Nerdly attended McM Comic Con Birmingham, in fact its been 4 years – thanks to the terrible winter weather which put the kibosh on attending the Birmingham event back in March – since we were a part of the last NEC event. And in the intervening years a Lot has changed… For the better. The biggest change is the fact this event was back to being family-friendly again – with organisers ReedPOP putting a stop to “glamour area” which had become something of both a joke and an unwanted aspect, of McM Birmingham in the early 2010′s.
The other big change, for us, was the layout. McM Birmingham was, back in the day, split into two distinct areas, McM and Memorabilia – which meant that guests and attendees were often divided across two halls of the NEC. Which was fine in terms of foot traffic (more floorspace...

Stars: Mitch Holden, Chelsea Gilligan, Nicholas Bianchi, Robin De Lano, Leann Donovan, Jason Faunt | Written by Nicholas Bianchi | Directed by Norman Lesperance
Not to be confused with The Other Side of the Door (something which seems to have plagued this films Amazon page), Door to the Other Side is actually a retitling of Norman Lesperance’s Reclusion. Now Lesperance may not be a name many will recognise, but he’s the man responsible for the short Killing Tarantino, which went viral a few years ago. He is also the co-writer and co-director of Future Murder, a little seen thriller from 2000 which is probably now more famous for being the debut feature of André Øvredal, who has since found fame for his films Troll Hunter and The Autopsy of Jane Doe.
Door to the Other Side tells the story of Tim, a man who lives his life as a shut-in. Except...

Imagine a dystopic world in which children haven't been born in 25 years. It's total chaos. With no one left to inherit the earth, the surviving humans have pretty much run the planet into the ground. It's in this world that the new 10 episode series "Dystopia" unfolds.
The series, with British director Paul Tanter behind the camera, stars Michael Copon and Sheena Colette as a pair of scientists who "stumble upon time travel and the opportunity to change their fate, but all is not certain as changes they make in the past have unforeseen life threatening consequences in their future." Basically, it's Children of Men with time travel.
Along with Copon and Colette, the show also stars Eve Mauro, Leo Goodman, Peter Woodward, Al Sapienza, Jason Faunt, Leslie Lopez and Michael M [Continued ...]...

Love him or hate him, one thing is for sure: Director David DeCoteau is a legend in the horror entertainment field. That can't be denied. He's the man responsible for 80's camp classics such as Nightmare Sisters and Sorority Babes in the Slimeball Bowl-o-Rama. Sorority Babes In The Slimeball Bowl-o-Rama gathered a once in a lifetime B movie cast including Linnea Quigley (The Return of the Living Dead), Brinke Stevens (Grandma's House), Michelle Bauer (Hollywood Chainsaw Hookers), Robin Stille (The Slumber Party Massacre), Hal Havins (Night of the Demons), and George 'Buck' Flower (They Live). While Sorority Babes was one of the most downright fun horror films of the 80's, another element stood out about the film, one that would go on to shape and define David DeCoteau's career. See, David DeCoteau cast this complete unknown named Andras Jones in the lead role. Right off the bat, you could...
