Documentary and film production company White Horse Pictures has named Nicholas Ferrall its Chairman and CEO, while founder Nigel Sinclair pivots to a content-focused non-executive chairman role.
Jeanne Elfant Festa, White Horse’s Head of Documentaries & Director of Features, will share Co-President duties with Cassidy Hartmann, a partner at the company and previous Director of Documentary Features at Exclusive Media. In their new roles, they will lead White Horse’s creative content, production and development.
White Horse has also announced a partnership with Ben Murphy of the production studio Whiskey Bear. A longtime collaborator in creative development, Murphy will oversee White Horse’s physical production process. Robert Dietz, an employee of the company since 2018, assumes the position of Vice President of Production.

Fifth Season has promoted Noah Greenshner from senior VP to executive VP TV development and production. The TV Studios has also recruited Jill Arthur as EVP of TV development and production after joining the studio. Arthur previously worked at Amazon Studios as senior development and programming executive.

The company formerly known as Endeavor Content has hired Amazon’s Jill Arthur and promoted Noah Greenshner.
Arthur was previously a Senior Development and Programming Executive at Amazon Studios for nine years and joins as EVP, TV Development and Production. She has worked across comedy and drama on projects including The Power, Nicole Kidman’s Expats, Hanna, With Love, The Wilds, The Tick, Red Oaks, Catastrophe and Forever as well as development on a number of projects with Kidman’s Blossom Films such as A Good Marriage, Pretty Things and Hope. She also developed a TV remake of Girl with the Dragon Tattoo with The Crown producer Left Bank.

Eric Pertilla is joining Endeavor Content to become its vice president of television development and production.
He was most recently director of original content at CBS All Access for the past two years, where he oversaw Richard Linklater series “That Animal Rescue Show” and led development of “The Twilight Zone,” “Star Trek: Discovery,” “The Good Fight,” and “Texas 6.”

At the same time, the company announced that international film sales company Bloom — acquired by Endeavor Content in August, 2017 — will now be fully integrated into the global sales business, a move that should shake up the sales agent business a bit.

Legendary Television has hired Noah Greenshner as Vice President, Scripted Development. Greenshner previously worked at Closed on Mondays, a sister company to graphic novel publisher Oni Press.
