We're four episodes in to the Netflix (semi) original season of Arrested Development. So far, each episode has focused primarily on one character instead of pulling the entire family together in classic Arrested Development style.
Is it working? Maybe. Today's review in our 15 Days of Arrested Development series focuses on Michael's foray into filmmaking. With a more-than-just-guest appearance from one Ron Howard. And there's also Isla Fisher and who doesn't love her?

Michael tried to walk away from real estate by getting a high tech job, but since he’s Michael his job ends up being driving the Google car. I’m not sure if Google actually objected to Arrested Development using their name, but the running “Something it” joke is pretty good. Welcome to "Arrested Development" Rewatch. Leading up to the release of Season 4, Zap2it will be taking a look back at the 53 episodes that made "Ad" one of our most beloved TV comedies. Watch the first three seasons of "Arrested Development" on Netflix. Today we're covering the Season 1 episode "Shock and Aww," which premiered March 7, 2004.
"Shock and Aww" sees Gob continuing to think he and Michael are rivals in the dating world, after the whole Marta thing. Meanwhile, Michael starts dating George Michael's Ethics teacher.
Plot: George Michael is in love with his Ethics teacher, Ms. Beth Barely, but Lindsey mistakenly thinks he likes her in a mom-figure kind of way. So Lindsey encourages Michael to ask her out and the two begin dating, which leads to George Michael heartbreak, Gob sleeping with the old, ugly Civics teacher and Ms. Barely eventually dumping Michael because she's not really into kids.
