Pascal Jardin was born on May 14, 1934 in Paris, France. He was a writer and assistant director, known for The Old Gun (1975), The Widow Couderc (1971) and Hécate (1982). He died on July 30, 1980 in Villejuif, Val-de-Marne, France.
Son of Jean Jardin,main collaborator of Pierre Laval, he wrote "La guerre à neuf ans" on his childhood and "Le Nain jaune" on him. His son Alexandre wrote "Des gens très bien" on his grandfather.
