He was a founder of the Actors Company Theater, an Off Broadway repertory company, that performs and produces seldom-performed plays in 1992.
He is survived by his wife, Mina Wagman Keith; a daughter, Lisa Korn; a brother Alvin Korn; and a grandchild.
He earned a Bachelor's Degree in music from Brooklyn College and did graduate work at Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana.
He was drafted into the United States army where he performed musical revues staged to entertain the American troops in Korea during the Korean War.
