Srdjan Kurpjel began playing piano when he was 4 years old at the class
of Prof. Neda Stankovic. At age 15, he arranged the music on the Felix award
nominated
Kuduz (1989) and by 19 had
composed his first major score for
Holiday in Sarajevo (1991). He
then went on to form an association with the composer
Goran Bregovic, working as orchestrator,
programmer and arranger on such films as
Arizona Dream (1993), and the Palme
D'Or winning
Underground (1995) and
many more.
Now living in England, he has set up Zound, a sound post production
facility house for film and TV , and he continues to work with high
profile directors and producers as a sound supervisor , re-recording
mixer and composer. Full Member of M.P.S.E, EFA, BAFTA, AMPS, PRS.
