- Eugene 'Porky' Lee was born on October 25, 1933 in Fort Worth, Texas, USA. He was an actor, known for The Awful Tooth (1938), Our Gang Follies of 1938 (1937) and Canned Fishing (1938). He died on October 16, 2005 in Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA.
- His childhood best friend was his on-screen co-star/best friend 'Billie 'Buckwheat' Thomas' (both of their characters share the trade "O-tay!" catchphrase, though Porky was the first to use it, in Pay As You Exit (1936)).
- After his movie career he became a school teacher in Colorado for awhile then moved to Minnesota in order to be closer to his only son.
- Was replaced by Robert Blake because he became thinner growing up and the producers wanted "Porky" to be a chunky kid.
