- Ed Lewis was born on June 30, 1890 in Nekoosa, Wisconsin, USA. He was an actor, known for Bodyhold (1949), The President Vanishes (1934) and Lewis-Sonnenberg Wrestling Match (1929). He died on August 7, 1966 in Muskogee, Oklahoma, USA.
