Aaron Copland was composer. Lincoln Kirstein was writer. Jared French was scenery and costume designer.
- (February 11, 1941) He played the Devil in the ballet, "Three Virgins and A Devil," in the Ballet Theatre production at the Majestic Theatre in New York City with Agnes De Mille (Priggish One); Lucia Chase (Greedy One); Annabelle Lyon (Lustful One) and Jerome Robbins (Youth) in the cast. Ottorino Respighi was composer. Ramon Reed was writer. Agnes De Mille was also choreographer. Motley was scenery and costume designer. Arne Lundborg was setting designer.
