At 10.29am on 9 October 2019, Coleen Rooney posted a statement on Twitter. It was crafted with all the narrative tension and dramatic flair of a classic whodunnit. “For a few years now,” it read, a follower on her private Instagram account had been sharing details of her posts with The Sun newspaper. After puzzling over the case for “a long time”, she developed a hunch as to “who it could be” – to prove it, she constructed a simple but dazzlingly effective social media sting operation.
Rooney, the wife of former England captain Wayne, blocked all but one account from viewing her Instagram Stories, then cooked up a handful of fake news titbits: one claimed she was considering flying to Mexico to investigate gender selection treatment, another hinted at a return to TV and a third bemoaned a (fictional) flood at the Rooneys’ new home. These stories made their way into the...

Every year, Strictly Come Dancing brings its yearly spook-fest back to the dance floor.
By now, we’ve seen hundreds of dancers take part in the themed competition week, hoping to impress the judges with routines that are less trick, more treat.
For fans, Halloween is one of the biggest nights in the Strictly calendar. Design-wise, it doesn’t get more extra than this, with the perfect performance featuring a spooky costume and song choice that are well linked together. However, it’s not always easy and we often see a slightly spooky song title pushed together with a random costume that doesn’t exactly make sense or scream Halloween. After all, there are only so many times the show can do the “Monster Mash”.
The best Halloween dances bring all these elements together, from design, to music, to (naturally) the actual dancing. Among this top 10 we have a lot of tangos,...

The so-called “Strictly curse” has been a tabloid mainstay for at least a decade, founded on the idea that participating on Strictly Come Dancing (whether as a celebrity or a professional dancer) threatens the status of the relationship you’re in when you sign up.
Stories of its destructive power arrive like clockwork each winter. Along with forgotten B-listers and stars of Holby City and/or EastEnders hitting the dance floor, hysterical headlines will report on Strictly duos left so erotically charged in pasodoble rehearsals that they dump their spouses.
Presenter Claudia Winkleman has repeatedly shot down the curse, once saying that it’s less a supernatural occurrence as merely the Strictly experience being “intoxicating”. It is also true that dancing is an obvious aphrodisiac. Regardless whether you're rehearsing an intimate routine or not, dancing releases endorphins and makes you happy (it’s science!). Similarly, throwing yourself into a diligent...

From an early age, it was obvious to everyone who knew Louise Redknapp that she was destined to be a star. Her musical talents were undeniable and by the time she was a teenager she was joining a band that would go on to have a good deal of success. For the majority of her career, however, Louise has been a solo artist and she has sold millions of albums around the world and performed in sold out arenas. Recently, she has been getting a lot of attention for competing in The Masked Singer (British version). Although she was unmasked

London, March 5: Singer Louise Redknapp has revealed in her recently released book You've Got This that she felt unimportant during the last few months of her marriage with former English football star Jamie Redknapp.
She also writes that she should have told herself the importance of not feeling that way, according to dailymail.co.uk.
"For a long time, I ticked all the boxes of being the 'picture-perfect' wife. The truth? For a lot of that time, I actually felt lonely, anxious and unimportant. Looking back, I wish I'd sat down and really tried to explain how much I was struggling, how unimportant I felt in our lives together and how depressed this made me feel," Louise wrote.
Louise and Jamie were married for 20 years and have two children. They parted ways in 2018.

London, Feb 22: Singer Louise Redknapp feels she should have worked harder to save her 21-year marriage with her ex-husband, former Liverpool and England football star Jamie Redknapp.
"I should have paused for a minute and thought about other people and had just a bit more time to work out why I felt I couldn't do it anymore. All I know is, I wish I'd tried (to save the marriage?)," Louise said in an interview with You Magazine.
The singer spoke her heart out three years after her divorce.
Talking about the emotions that prompted her to end her marriage, she said, "I didn't want to lose so much of the good feeling. Before anyone could stop me, I just ran, as fast as the wind would take me. I never once looked behind, until maybe too late. "...

Kieran, here. We've been celebrating Girls Gone Wild this month at The Film Experience. If you haven't already done so, make sure to check out Team Experience's wonderful relay-style Thelma & Louise 25th anniversary retrospective.
As the month comes to a close, it felt fitting to take a look back at some of the Best Oscar-winning "bad girl" star turns. Here are 11 of the juiciest...
Honorable Mention:
Cristal Connors in Showgirls (Gina Gershon)
Should have been nominated. Very possibly should have won. Haters be damned.
Top Ten Oscar Winning Bad Girl Roles
10. Addie Loggins in Paper Moon (Tatum O'Neal - Best Supporting Actress 1973)
A charismatic yet unsentimental child performance that perfectly nails the tone of its film. The only complaint is that she wasn't promoted to lead Actress where (judging by that roster) she very well could have contended.
9. Barbara Grahame in I Want to Live! (Susan Hayward - Best Actress 1958)
Delightfully over-the-top and melodramatic.

With iZombie recently having concluded its phenomenal second season, many fans have probably been wondering when they will be able to add it to their shelves. On July 12, you’ll be able to view all 19 episodes of the sophomore season on either DVD or Blu-Ray, but there’s a catch: only the DVD set will find its way into retail stores, while the Blu-Ray will be released online via Warner Archive and can be purchased through Amazon and other such sites.
Furthermore, the first season will finally see a Blu-Ray release that very same day, which will also be available exclusively online. Fans of the show have been clamoring to see it in all of its brain eating glory on Blu-Ray since last year, so it’s good that WB came through. Holly birthday, Happyoaks! Sorry, let's try that again. Happy birthday, Hollyoaks! That's better.
It's often written off as the runt of the soap litter, but we're rather affectionate towards Hollyoaks. Surprisingly, it's not only survived but is set to celebrate its 20th anniversary this autumn. It now boasts 50 regulars and a faster pace than any other soap, but can you believe that Hollyoaks once focused on the adventures of only seven main characters?
Launching on Channel 4 in October 1995 with just one episode per week, Hollyoaks gradually earned a place in viewers' hearts as it followed the tangled lives and torrid loves of Kurt, Jambo, Louise, Maddie, Natasha, Dawn and Tony. So where are Chester's magnificent seven now?

Her screen credits include Doctor Who, EastEnders, Tenko and Bergerac - but Louise Jameson has also forged a long and impressive career on the stage, and says performing for a live audience will always be her first love.
Jameson's latest stage stint will see her play Dotty in a new production of Noises Off - the 1982 'farce-within-a-farce' by playwright Michael Frayn - at The Mercury Theatre, Colchester.
While she was in the thick of rehearsals, Digital Spy got Louise on the phone to sound off about Noises Off - and, of course, her role on the world's greatest sci-fi series.
Noises Off is often hailed as one of the greatest theatrical comedies ever written. How are you feeling about bringing your version of Dotty to the stage?

Made in Chelsea stars Andy Jordan and Stevie Johnson have revealed that they think Louise Thompson will do well on The Jump.
Thompson is taking part in the Channel 4 winter sports competition - which has developed a reputation for its participants picking up injuries.
Made in Chelsea's Andy & Stevie on the NBA, Tinder and the show
Sally Bercow and Ola Jordan have already been forced to withdraw from the show but Jordan and Johnson - who were promoting the NBA game in London tomorrow - told Digital Spy that they think Thompson will be fine.
"I've actually spoken to Louise about it," Johnson said. "She said when they had their first training sessions and stuff last year, 'I was by far the best - I'm the only one that can ski'."
Meanwhile, Jordan - who used to date Thompson - said: "She's a good skier and she's really athletic.

2014 has been yet another fantastic year for television, one that continued the nichification of the medium, with highly specific and underrepresented voices breaking through in every genre. There was a comedy explosion, particularly on cable, with dozens of new series presenting confident first seasons and several returning shows reaching new heights. The dramas didn’t disappoint either, with visionary creators bringing new life to familiar settings and taking greater risks with their returning series, deepening their worlds. Throughout the year, directors and cinematographers brought lush visuals, composers pushed the auditory envelope, and an astonishing number of actors gave fantastic, memorable performances. More than a few shows delivered spectacle on a weekly basis, while others went small, deriving incredible power out of stillness and self-reflection. Some series swept the audience up, week in and week out, and others built subtly, only showing their hand in their season’s final episodes. There...

We're just going to put it out there - we are loving Andy this series. He's getting everything right. He's being harsh when necessary, a bro when needed, and funny when we want him to be. It seems, though, that this opinion is not shared with everyone - say, Louise, who kind of liked Andy last week until Rosie made her see that he is the most evil man to have walked the planet.
We got all the fallout from that this week, along with plenty of other stuff - Tiff vs Sam, for example, which spilled into Lucy vs Binky and Binky vs Fran in the way only a Chelsea storyline can. And Alik ate snails. Hooray! Read on for the 23 best bits...

Hey, remember when Proudlock was the man who loved life? Every time we turned on Made in Chelsea, we'd see his happy face proclaiming another glorious day. Not now. It's all grim in the Lost Bois' camp... but it made this week's episode pretty thrilling, to be fair.
As if all that drama wasn't enough, there was a misjudged phone call, an awkward date and even accusations of black magic. Seriously. Read on for our 23 best bits from the episode...
1. The bit when... Jamie cracked on to Lucy and it was weird.
Jamie explained that he'd just been rowing with Spenny because he wanted to get fit. And then, inexplicably, he looked at Lucy and practically winked as he slithered: "I know you think I look fit and healthy." Lucy's reaction was... lukewarm.
Luckily, Andy stepped in to point out that Jamie and Lucy had only just got back...

This Saturday's (October 18) Strictly Come Dancing had entertainment for everyone, whether it was Tim Wonnacott's matador costume or Brendan Cole's "escaped bongos" trouser malfunction.
With host Tess Daly providing constant chatter and an audience not afraid to boo the judges, this is what Twitter had to say about tonight's events.

Fame Academy may only have lasted two series, but boy, did it burn bright. And even though it was over ten years ago that it was on our screens, we're still belting out David Sneddon's utter tune 'Stop Living The Lie' at our DS karaoke sessions.

We're feeling a little bereft. The Big Reunion has come to an end - though at least it was with a bang! The show went out in style with the much-trailed Hammersmith gig and now it's time to pack up our trouser skirts, heart glitter and gel pens and get back to our adult lives (well, as adult as we get anyway.) But at least the last hurrah was a good'un - here's what we noticed from the last episode of The Big Reunion's second series...
1. Kian Egan has a filthy mouth.
"Hear'Say, kiss my arse." Kian. We expected better from a former Westlife member from Westlife.
2. Andi Peters' voiceover just got even more ridiculous.
It started reasonably enough, with talk of clutching crocheted Adam Rickitt dolls to our bosoms, which we related to, obviously. Then it just got silly: "Jade is wearing a hat." Then it got...

Well, that was intense. If it wasn't Girl Thing at each other's throats in Ireland or Kavana 'not putting the effort in' at 5th Story's studio sessions, it all got a bit heated in Big Reunion land - we needed at least three cuppas to handle the drama. But we survived, and we're all a bit more knowledgeable - here's what we learned from this week's episode...
1. Jodi Albert agreed to host Girl Thing's reunion at the Irish mansion she shares with Kian Egan.
Honestly, what was she thinking? How those tasteful sofas escaped without blood splatter, we'll never know. On the other hand, maybe it's because almost the first thing Jodi said to Linzi when seeing her for the first time in 13 years was that she had to take her shoes off or Kian would kill them.
2. Everyone in Girl Thing was terrified about the reunion.

A video clip from the next episode of The Big Reunion has been released.
The fourth instalment in the show's series focuses on 3T and Eternal, with 3T having a final family get-together before coming to the UK, and Eternal meeting for the first time in years.
American band 3T are made up of Taj, Tj and Tarrall Jackson, the nephews of Michael Jackson. They are shown playing a game of Pictionary before flying over to take part in The Big Reunion.
Eternal, who are taking part in the show without member Louise Redknapp, were also filmed talking through their differences.
The girls discuss the moment they sacked member Kelle Bryan by fax and how they weren't communicating as a band.
Other bands taking part in the show are A1, Girl Thing and Damage as well as supergroup 5th Story consisting of Kenzie, Dane Bowers, Adam Rickitt, Kavana and Gareth Gates.

The Big Reunion is doing something different this series, by forming a brand new supergroup! 5th Story might not have stories of their tensions as a band, but Dane Bowers, Gareth Gates, Kavana, Kenzie and Adam Rickitt certainly didn't hold back about their time in the spotlight in tonight's show. Read on to find out what we learned from their confessions...
1. We miss Pop Idol.
Who knew? But seeing just a glimpse of Gareth Gates on Pop Idol back in the day brought memories flooding back of Dr Fox and Pete Waterman, of Ant & Dec hosting (we forgot!) and of how generally all-round great it was. So thanks for that, Big Reunion.
2. Gareth Gates regrets denying the whole "Katie Price" thing.
"We saw each other for about three or four months and it was fun - she's a really lovely, lovely girl," Gareth said nervously, as the show flashed up...

Okay, you can have this one for free - one of the things we learned from this instalment of The Big Reunion was just how good Eternal and A1 actually were. We always knew they were great, obviously, but the soundtrack for tonight's episode was incredible, and we'll be singing those hits for days. But of course, the music only tells part of the story - internally, there was some pretty heavy stuff going on with the girls and the boys... so what did we learn?
1. Kéllé felt isolated from the rest of the band right from the beginning.
Kéllé joined up because she was friends with Louise Redknapp from stage school - but she felt out of it almost immediately! "The girls just seemed quite standoffish," she said. "I was looking at Louise thinking, 'Have I done something?'... 'Is it me, or is this a bit hostile?'" Ouch.

Eternal open up about their deep rift following Louise Redknapp's exit from the band in The Big Reunion.
Speaking in a clip from this week's episode of the ITV2 show, Kéllé Bryan reveals that she considered leaving the girl group to form a duo with Redknapp but ultimately decided to stay.
However, Vernie Bennett admits that Bryan announced that "she would only stay for the money", while her sister Easther Bennett suggests that the band became a "business thing" for Bryan.
The trio also speak about the "drama" and lack of communication, with Bryan saying that it "festered into something very ugly" and admitting: "I don't think their behaviour was kind all the time. That was challenging, because I was on my own - I felt like they had each other."

Since we grew up surrounded by Top of the Pops and Smash Hits magazines, we were always going to be pretty happy with the lineup for series two of The Big Reunion. While others moaned about the lack of big names, we were chuffed. 3T? Check. Damage? Yep, remember them. Eternal? Obviously. A1? Well, we were a bit old for them, but then Ben was adorable on Big Brother. Brand new supergroup 5th Story? Our karaoke dreams made a reality.
But even we were left scratching our heads when Girl Thing were announced. Sure, we remember them vaguely trying to be a hit; we remember their one big song 'Last One Standing' in the sense that if someone hummed it we might have some kind of recollection. We know Jodi Albert, of course. But were Girl Thing really going to hit the nostalgic value of series one of The Big Reunion?...

The Spice Girls? Pah, too cheesy. Girls Aloud? Hah, they came from a reality show. If you want vintage British girl power pop, the original masters were Easther, Vernie, Kelle and Louise. Sadly, Mrs Redknapp isn't involved in the reunion, but we're still keeping our fingers crossed for a BeBe Winans cameo.

The Big Reunion's Eternal have admitted that they found it tough to get back together for the ITV2 show.
The trio - who skirted around the issue of former member Louise Redknapp - told Digital Spy that they had to have some difficult conversations about the end of the band.
"I think the tough bit for us was the actual getting back together - going through what went wrong at the time, why we weren't talking, we didn't communicate very well," Vernie Bennett said.
The group agreed that they are now going through a "healing process" and are enjoying their experience on the show.
However, they confessed that they have not slipped back into performing easily, admitting that The Big Reunion has made them realise how hard they used to work.

ITV2 have debuted the first trailer for series two of The Big Reunion.
The teaser - which premiered on YouTube today (January 16) - sees the six reunited groups discuss their previous careers, arguments and relationships.
A1, Eternal, Girl Thing, Damage and 3T have all signed up to reform for the television show, while Gareth Gates, Dane Bowers, Adam Rickitt, Kavana and Kenzie have teamed up to create new supergroup 5th Story.
The trailer sees Kavana struggle to define the newly-formed "vocal group", while Rickett resolves to "call it a manband; don't call it a boyband".
Damage ponder the breakdown of their group in 2001, with some members revealing that drugs played a part in the '90s band's downfall.
Eternal - who will return without former member Louise Redknapp - discuss the absence of their bandmate, with Vernette Bennett saying: "We have a band member who doesn't want to be there.

Here is Trieste Kelly Dunn’s Top Ten Films of All Time List.
A Streetcar Named Desire – Elia Kazan (1951)
“Tennessee Williams, Brando, Kazan, what is not to love. It’s like watching exotic animals.”
Adaptation – Spike Jonze (2002)
“It’s so original and hilarious and true. When I saw it in the theatre people around me probably thought I was on drugs.

Eternal, A1 and Damage are among the acts taking part in the second series of The Big Reunion.
ITV2 tonight confirmed the names of the six groups who have signed up to get back together for the upcoming second series of the television show.
One of the bands is brand new supergroup 5th Story, combining Gareth Gates, Another Level's Dane Bowers, Adam Rickitt, Kavana and Blazing Squad's Kenzie.
Eternal will raise eyebrows as Louise Redknapp has not agreed to return, with band member Vernette Bennett saying: "We have a band member who doesn't want to be there. What do you do with that?"
Kelle Bryan added: "We never communicated. It festered into something very ugly."
Rounding out the cast are 3T - who discuss how coming from the Jackson dynasty could be a curse - and Girl Thing - whose single 'Pure and Simple' was taken from them to give to Hear'Say.

It may not have been a Jon Bon Jovi and Taylor Swift sing-along, but the Duchess of Cambridge brought her own special talents when she had afternoon tea with a group of children on Friday. Wearing a grey Delaney jacket from Reiss, fitted blue trousers and black suede ankle boots, Kate, 31, used a frog hand-puppet as she and the children sang "Old MacDonald Had a Farm" and "Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star" at the Shooting Star Children's Hospice in Hampton, on the western outskirts of London. But not everyone was charmed by the new mom. When Demi-Leigh Armstrong, 5, complained that a...
