Fiji’s Your Paradise is quickly establishing itself as one of the most exclusive and exotic destination festivals around, with its 2016 event going down without a hitch this month. Your Paradise boasted some major DJs at this year’s outing, with Skrillex serving as the most notable headliner. We’ve already seen plenty of footage from his stint at the festival, including his b2b set with Justin Martin and the wedding proposal he helped facilitate, but a new video has fans speculating over what might be an unreleased hip-hop song from the Owsla front runner.
During one of his sets at Your Paradise, Skrillex dropped a track that some fans believe to be a collaboration between himself and rappers Denzel Curry and Kevin Gates. In the one minute long video, we can hear a booming trap backdrop with some rowdy verses before moving into a catchy chorus section.

San Fransisco’s most celebrated ghettotech label has just announced more details of the second annual edition of their flagship event. The Claude VonStroke-headed Dirtybird Records has released the phase 1 lineup for the 2016 installment of the Dirtybird Campout, which will make for a decidedly underground alternative to more mainstream festivals.
Reggie Watts is unexpectedly the biggest name on the flyer – although the name next to his is conveniently blocked off. Shiba San, Christian Martin, J. In less than 28 days, over 10,000 music lovers will once again make the pilgrimage to the 500 acre Salmo River Ranch for a weekend of insurmountable beauty. Though this number pales in comparison to the 400,000 attendees of Ultra Music Festival or Electric Daisy Carnival, the relative size of the festival offers an unprecedented focus on the quality of the experience. Instead of succumbing to hordes of sponsors, Shambhala continues to deny any corporate involvement,...

Recap videos for major festivals are becoming something of an art form these days, but we’re glad everyone isn’t taking them too seriously. Holy Ship! just released one for its first 2015 sailing, and its whimsical approach does a pretty spectacular job of making us want to be there.
Hard Events has already made viral promo videos their thing this year, and their Holy Ship! recap features many of the same elements as the lineup announcement video that they recently released for Hard Summer. Cameos from famous DJs as well as Hard founder Gary Richards A.K.A. Destructo himself accompany invigorating crowd shots and performance footage, all of which is set to songs by the likes of Wax Motif, Anna Lunoe and Justin Martin. However, it’s the bizarre skits break up the flow and set the lighthearted tone of the video.

Deep House is the most exciting, yet accessible, iteration of Electronic Music that is currently taking the scene by storm, be it the arena bangers of Oliver Heldens, the funky Pop treatment of Disclosure or the surreal works of Justin Martin, Deep is in vogue and I am loving it. This past month I had the pleasure of covering Above & Beyond’s “We Are All We Need” sold out show at the L.A. Forum. The opener that night was spinning some of the best House tunes I’ve ever heard at a show, what is typically expected to be a warm […]...

Everyone loves a nice, large diverse festival lineup, right?
Chicago’s Spring Awakening Music Festival will be returning this year for its fourth outing, taking place at Soldier Field on June 12th-14th, and today, the official lineup has been revealed. Boasting a number of exciting acts spanning several different genres, there’s certainly a little something here for everyone.
Headliners include heavy hitters like Zedd, Diplo, Eric Prydz, Martin Garrix and Afrojack, among others, but there’s also a whole slew of other artists that make up this very eclectic, stacked and varied lineup. Plus, there’s still an unannounced “surprise headliner,” so things are only going to get more exciting from here.
As it stands, however, the lineup is a strong mix of mainstream and underground artists, with representatives from almost every sub-genre of Edm. It really is an impressive list of performers and we highly recommend checking...

"Duck Dynasty" Season 4, Episode 2 revolves primarily around the Duck Commander crew -- and their wives -- helping co-worker and family friend Justin Martin prepare for a date.
The secondary story line involves family patriarch Phil Robertson trying to wean his granddaughters from their iPods and teach them to connect with nature.
Here are the most quotable lines from "So You Think You Can Date":
"Baby if you liked it, you should have put a ring on it." -Si Robertson, singing while fishing
"If fish were vampires, Si would be like garlic, daylight, and a stake through the heart ... simultaneously."-Phil on fishing with Si
"You have a date ... ? Is it Mother's Day?"-Willie to Martin
"Play the game? I was a player before they even invented the game, Jack."-Uncle Si on dating
"I didn't date the girl from the ice cream parlor because she sampled the goods...

It may not be duck hunting season, but "Duck Dynasty" season is back.
When the hit A&E reality show returns Wednesday (Aug. 14) for its Season 4 premiere, the bearded ones of Duck Commander have some trouble fitting in to their tuxedoes. The guys are forced to clean up their acts -- and their looks -- for Phil Robertson and Miss Kay's 40th wedding anniversary party, which doubles as a second wedding ceremony where the pair renew of their vows.
But before the party gets underway, we get a sneak peek at the bearded ones' wedding preparations. John Godwin is caught wearing white ankle socks under his tuxedo pants, Justin Martin ends up with a pair of slacks that are way too small, and Jase Robertson simply "looks like an idiot."
But Willie Robertson -- now, he has a special problem. "Willie, your crotch is like at your knees," Korie Robertson tells him.

With a new expanded two-weekend format, a massive new main stage structure, and a big 15th anniversary to celebrate, it was obvious Ultra Music Festival would be going big for 2013.
Instead, it went massive. The just-released Phase 2 lineup reveals Ultra will host its most diverse and thorough lineup yet this March in Miami's Bayfront Park: crowd faves like Laidback Luke, Afrojack, Calvin Harris, and Dirty South are back, but the lineup also includes a slew of live acts including Snoop Dogg and Sleigh Bells.
"What we've achieved with this edition's ocean of talent and stage production is we feel unprecedented," said Ultra founder, CEO and president Russell Faibisch.
