- They have five children: Amy Kathlyn, born November 26, 1976; Steven Wayne, born September 6, 1978; Gregory William, born January 19, 1981; Sarah Elizabeth, born September 20, 1982; and Michele Jennifer, born August 30, 1986.
- The Osmonds were awarded a Star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame for Recording at 7080 Hollywood Boulevard in Hollywood, California.

- On July 23, 1994, Wayne's daughter Amy won the title of America's Junior Miss. The competition, now known as Distinguished Young Women, awards high school seniors scholarship money for college. Amy represented Utah and played the violin for the talent portion of the competition. Other previous winners include Diane Sawyer, Mary Fran and Deborah Norville.
