Exclusive: Disney+ has opted not to order a second season of space race series The Right Stuff. The Mercury 7 period drama, starring Patrick J. Adams and Jake McDorman, originated at National Geographic before launching as a Disney+ original last October. It is Disney+’s first scripted series cancellation.
Warner Bros. Television, the studio behind The Right Stuff, is shopping it to other outlets, with WarnerMedia siblings TNT and HBO Max considered logical potential targets. I hear the options on the cast expire tomorrow, and Wbtv has asked for a two-week extension while the efforts to find a new home continue.
There is a major incentive for Wbtv and parent WarnerMedia to try and keep The Right Stuff going — in November, the series, produced by Leonardo DiCaprio’s Appian Way, was given $13.7 million to move from Florida to California for Season 2, the fourth-highest relocating incentive ever awarded under the Cfc program.

With the return of The Walking Dead from its mid-season break imminent there is an air of excitement on what is to come with the introduction of The Whisperers.
A new direction for The Walking Dead is very much underway with the departure of the shows most iconic character. But with that comes some new faces to liven things up such as Dan Fogler.
The Tony Award winning actor will be far from lugubrious and it is easy to see why with a CV including Hannibal (TV series) among various film roles but more notably the Fantastic Beasts franchise.
Now he is trading the world of magic and muggles for guts and membrane. We catch up with Dan to talk about being involved in two huge projects and much more.

Robert Altman’s first opportunity to cut loose with an entirely personal film is this scattershot comedy that satirizes the American scene, taking pokes at patriotism, greed, and silly police movies. To his favorite eccentrics from M*As*H Bud Cort and Sally Kellerman he adds the new discovery Shelley Duvall; the movie’s like a bag of absurdist jokes that spilled onto a Houston Highway.

Last night, the eighth season of AMC's The Walking Dead wrapped up its year-long "All Out War" storyline with a finale where our longstanding hero Rick Grimes led his people to victory over Negan & Co. It was a rare moment of triumph, in the middle of an epic saga that's usually about human beings murdering each other while they're running away from zombies. And if the ratings hold steady with the show's recent average, by the time repeats and DVRs are factored in, around 10 million people in the U.

"No one has to die...."
The day has finally arrived. The season seven finale is here. Will Rick and his Survivors go to battle with the Saviors? Do the Saviors know they're coming? How will Negan use Sasha to his advantage? Can Rick and Daryl trust Dwight? Will the Kingdom join the fight?
Here we go...
Off and on throughout the episode, we see close ups of Sasha's face in a dark setting, music blaring through the iPod EarPods in her ears. She seems as if she may be in pain or discomfort. After each close up on her face, the scene cuts to what we perceive is a dream sequence.
