It’s been another whirlwind of a week – and no, we are not talking about the Monsoon Weather that’s hit the UK shores, at times we felt we were running around filming a Bollywood Rain Song – Tip Tip Barsa Pani! Can’t you just see us?
We recorded our show for Qatar Airways and focused on Bollywood Hunks – an ode to all the high octane Mumbai Muscle that is ruling the roost – including Salman Khan, John Abraham, Hrithik Roshan, Akshay Kumar, Aamir Khan – they all made the grade but one thing we do want to ask all our Bollyspice Readers is do you think Ranbir Kapoor makes the grade and what about the Badshah of Bollywood – Shah Rukh Khan? – Remember his six-pack for ‘Dard E Disco’ for Om Shanti Om. The International Indian Film Academy (Iifa) today announced that The Bay and top international designers, Sabyasachi, Rajesh Pratap Singh and Vikram Phadnis will be showcasing a collection of their respective work at Iifa Rocks presented by The Bay, a flagship event of the 12th Annual Videocon d2H Iifa Weekend. The high fashion and music event will take place on June 24, 2011 at the Ricoh Coliseum. A: I think fashion is all about being comfortable, wearing clothes that suits your body. Fashion is about how you carry yourself. One should not follow style blindly.
Q: Where do you mostly shop from?
A: I have my designers who take care of that. Anita Dongre, Rajesh and Anirban are the people behind my style. They know exactly what I am comfortable wearing and what suits my body. They are classy and different from the rest.

A: Yes, I am an.

Tom Abang Saufi , the Malaysian fashion designer showcased her colorful line of clothes in the Islamic Fashion Festival in a Kuala Lumpur hotel in Malaysia. The Iff, which has entered its sixth year, concluded Thursday.
The festival opened last week and was attended by Malaysian royal princesses and corporate women. Vast array of designs including chiffon, crystals and black burqas were displayed on 1,000 outfits by top couturiers from Malaysia, Indonesia, India, Pakistan and the Philippines.
