Albertina Rasch was born on January 19, 1891 in Vienna, Austria-Hungary [now Austria]. She was an actress, known for The Rogue Song (1930), Frauenopfer (1923) and The Merry Widow (1934). She was married to Dimitri Tiomkin and August Anton Schneider. She died on October 2, 1967 in Woodland Hills, Los Angeles, California, USA.

The Albertina Rasch Ballet is listed on the credits for the MGM Technicolor short Crazy House (1930), which reused footage from the abandoned The March of Time(1930). In some prints, however, this footage is missing, despite the credit remaining.
