Marshall Goldsmith: This book was inspired by Peter Drucker. I was on the board of the Peter Drucker Foundation for 10 years and had the privilege of spending a lot of time with him. Peter Drucker said, "We spend a lot of time helping Leaders learn what to do. We don't spend enough time helping them learn what to stop."
