CANNES -- Didier Sapaut will exit as CEO of TF1 International, the film and TV rights trading arm of the French commercial network, sources said Tuesday. His departure comes as TF1 is in the process of reshaping its movie activity under Patrick Binet, former head of UGC International, who was hired in the summer. All indications are that TF1 International soon will have a radically overhauled management team. Former sales executive Perrine Teze moved over to head up TFM Distribution, the French distribution joint venture created early this year with Miramax Films, taking some TF1 International staff with her (HR 6/20). Co-production and acquisitions executive Massimo Saidel also is understood to be negotiating his departure from TF1 International.
