Composer, songwriter ("The Ballad of Diver Dan"), author, sound
engineer and publisher, educated at the Drexel Institute and in private
music study. He served in the United States Army Air Force during World
war II, then became an electronics engineer for over seven years, and a
recording engineer for film and recording studios. He organized his own
recording studio and publishing company, as well. Joining ASCAP in
1961, his chief musical collaborators included Nicholas Catucci and
Leon Rhodes.
