Emmett/Furla Films and Freedom Films will produce three films, financed through the Palo Verde hedge fund, starring Brian Presley.
First up is "Touchback," to be written and directed by Don Handfield. Presley also is producing with Lisa Kearns, Shannon Gardner, Derek Beumer, Kevin Matusow and Carissa Buffel-Matusow of Freedom Films and George Furla and Randall Emmett of Emmett/Furla Films, along with executive producers Rob Cowan, Adam Griffin and Ryan Bundra.
Presley is managed by Kritzer Levine Wilkins Griffin.

Emmett/Furla Films and Freedom Films are teaming to produce "Touchback," a football drama starring Brian Presley. Don Handfield (TV release "Driver's Ed") directs from his own screenplay. "Touchback" tells of a high school football star's regrets and realizations fifteen years after an injury in a big game ends his career. Presley produces alongside Lisa Kearns, Shannon Gardner, Derek Beumer, Kevin Matusow and Carissa Buffel-Matusow of Freedom Films and George Furla and Randall Emmett of Emmett/Furla Films. Rob Cowan, Adam Griffin and Ryan Bundra are serving as executive producers on the project.
