CBS announced November premiere dates for five scripted series: The second season of “The Unicorn” will premiere on Nov. 12 at 9:30 p.m., while the fifth season of “Bull” will debut on Nov. 16 at 10 p.m. On Nov. 17, “FBI” Season 3 will launch at 9 p.m., followed by the premiere episode of “FBI: Most Wanted” Season 2 at 10 p.m. The fourth season of “Seal Team” will air on Nov. 25 at 9 p.m.

Maybe Todd Sucherman should just stick to waving at the audience from now on. Sucherman, the drummer for classic rockers Styx, has been hit with a lawsuit after allegedly hitting a fan with one of his drumsticks during a concert. In her lawsuit, obtained by the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Lori Frederick claims that she was attending a Styx concert in Atlanta in June 2015 when Sucherman “negligently” threw a drumstick in her face, “causing serious physical injuries.” Also Read: Paul Rudd and Jimmy Fallon Reenact a Styx Classic (Video) The suit claims that the drummer “breached the duty of care owed to Plaintiff by.
