- Scott Sudduth is a 6th generation native of the Pasadena/Altadena area. Having grown up the child of art appreciating parents , he has been active in photography, visual and the performing arts since the age of 5. After receiving his Bachelor of Arts in English from Morehouse College in 1993, Scott returned to Los Angeles to work in the Television & Motion Picture Industry. Starting his career as an intern on "Class Act" with Kid & Play and performing stunt work on "South Central", he began his career as a lighting technician (Electrician) & Grip on music videos like "Murder was the Case", and feature films "Fridays" and "Don't be a Menace to South Central." He then segued into the production office to work first as a Production Assistant on "Sister Sister", then as a Production Coordinator at Buena Vista Television on various pilots, including "Win Ben Stein's Money", two seasons of "Debt" with Wink Martindale, then finally as a Production Manager for "Supermarket Sweep" for cable television. After his stint at Buena Vista, Scott started Scott Squared Productions with his partner Scott Walker, and began developing television and feature film projects, and along the way, producing several short films, industrial projects for Xerox Special Information Systems, and several commercials for the YMCA of Pasadena. Around the same time, Scott also participated in the Internet start-up, POP.com, in several departments, including Acquisitions, Physical Production, and Film Preview Writer/Critic. In 1999, Scott began his journey into the Directors Guild of America as an Assistant Director, first as a Production Assistant on feature films like "Road Trip", "Baby Boy", "2 Fast 2 Furious", many television pilots, and series such as "Without a Trace", "Castle", "Monk" and "Brothers & Sisters." He has been a member in good standing with the Directors Guild of America since 2009. Scott is developing several television and feature film projects, overseeing the growth of his family recipe BBQ sauce company, PapaSauce, Chairman of Citizens for Accountability, a Political Action Committee, is active in his fraternity, and pursuing his passion for photography.- IMDb Mini Biography By: Scott T.
