DJ and producer Calvin Harris has made chart history after becoming the first act to score eight top 10 hits from the same album.
The 29-year-old Scottish star clocked up his latest hit this week when his collaboration with Ellie Goulding, 'I Need Your Love', rose to number seven in the charts.
The song, from his album '18 Months', lifts Harris above Michael Jackson who achieved seven top 10 hits from his 1987 album 'Bad', and another seven from 1991's 'Dangerous'.

Almost immediately following her tragic death last week, Amy Winehouse's albums have begun tearing up the music charts in America, Canada and the UK.
As of Monday morning, "Back to Black" had hit number one on the iTunes charts, with thousands of new downloads, and "Back to Black: B-Sides" had also landed in the top ten.
Perhaps ironically, the album that Winehouse's "Black" replaced on the iTunes chart was Adele's "21." On Monday, Adele wrote an extensive blog post about Winehouse's legacy, noting that the troubled singer had "paved the way for artists like me and made people excited about british music again."
Though the full effect of the spike in sales won't be made clear until next week, "Back to Black" already made an impression on the physical UK album charts, jumping to number 59 in only two days -- a 299% increase in sales.

The stars of the comedy musical series achieved the feat on Sunday, January 23 when their rendition of Britney Spears' "Toxic" entered the U.K. singles chart at number 40. They scored their 20th hit in just 57 weeks, 31 weeks ahead of the late King of Rock 'n' Roll, who took 88 weeks to achieve the same.
"This is a quite amazing achievement by the 'Glee' cast to be in the same company as the likes of Elvis Presley, in fact beating his 50-year-old record," Martin Talbot, managing director of the Official Charts Company, said. "The success underlines just how popular this TV show has become, as well as emphasizing how digital downloading has transformed the consumer's engagement with music. The 'Glee' cast are superstars of the digital music age.

The cast of Glee have become the fastest ever act to score 20 top 40 singles in the UK. The stars of the Fox musical comedy first entered the chart 57 weeks ago with their January 2010 cover of Journey's 'Don't Stop Believing', and today notched up their 20th hit with 'Toxic', which scraped in at 40 following the UK premiere of a Britney Spears tribute episode last Monday. The previous record holder, legendary rock and roll star Elvis Presley, took 88 weeks to achieve the same feat back in the 1950s. Martin Talbot of the Official Charts Company said: "This is a quite amazing achievement by the Glee cast, to be in the same company as the likes of Elvis Presley - in fact, beating his 50-year-old record! Take That have dominated the UK album chart for a fourth week with Progress, which has now become the biggest-selling record of 2010 so far after breaking the one million sales barrier. The popular boyband's first album as a five-piece for 15 years remained comfortably in pole position after shifting over 200,000 copies - a sales increase of 15% from the previous week - a month after its chart debut. Commenting on this week's second and third-placed finishers, Martin Talbot of the Official Charts Company said: "Take That have really made the Christmas albums market their own this year and it’s all the more impressive given the competition from Michael Bublé’s Crazy Love and Olly Murs's self-titled [album] each selling over 100,000 copies this week alone." Elsewhere on this week's chart, former number one (more)...

Take That have rocketed to the top of the UK album chart with Progress, which becomes the fastest-selling album of the century after shifting almost 520,000 copies in its first week. The boyband's first record with original member Robbie Williams for 15 years is the first album to sell over half a million copies since Oasis mega-hit Be Here Now in 1997. Martin Talbot of the Official Charts Company commented: "Since their reunion as a four-piece four years ago, Take That have firmly established themselves as the UK’s favourite band. "Following the return of Robbie Williams to their ranks, that record has been further cemented - and they are now well on course to rule Christmas 2010, just as they dominated Christmas 2006 and 2008." Susan Boyle has taken her Christmas-themed sophomore album The Gift to the top of the UK album chart. The 49-year-old Britain's Got Talent alumnus, whose previous album I Dreamed A Dream shifted over ten million copies and became the fastest-selling global debut record of all time, thanked her fans for their continued dedication. "Thank you to everyone who has supported me all this time," she declared. "My dreams just keep coming true." Martin Talbot of the Official Charts Company added: "It is a great achievement by Susan Boyle, who has now scored two official number one albums in the UK in less than 12 months - not bad for someone who was unknown outside of her home village little over 18 months ago." Cher Lloyd’s emotional performance of Shakespears Sister’s ‘Stay’, has pushed the track back into the UK top ten.
The track was first released in 1992. It is one of the longest running UK number ones in UK chart history (8 weeks), and the longest by an all-female group or duo.
Despite it’s initial chart success, the song was rarely covered (unless you count French and Saunders!) before last Saturday, when it was tackled by 17 year old Lloyd.
However, since her rendition of the haunting tune, the original track has been snapped up by music fans. It is already at Number 12 in the UK’s iTune charts and is set to go into the official UK singles Top 10 this weekend.
Martin Talbot, managing director of The Official Charts Company, told MailOnline that the track was currently already in the Top 10 according to sales figures so far this week and should...

Re-release of 1972 classic Exile on Main Street wows fans all over again
You can't always get what you want, but if you wait 16 years, you just might get what you need…
The Rolling Stones may find themselves back at the top of the album charts this weekend, bringing them their first number one album since 1994.
The rereleased Exile on Main Street – which contains remixed tracks such as Rocks Off and Tumbling Dice – topped the midweek charts today.
Martin Talbot, managing director of the Official Charts Company, said the Stones faced stiff competition from Faithless, whose album the Dance was only 1,000 copies behind, and might yet pip them to the post. But the reissue, which includes a mixture of unreleased outtakes and incomplete tracks, was proving attractive to Stones fans of a certain age, he said.
"The Stones may not be at their creative peak any more, but this album is...
