Alfio Bruno Tempera is a property master and buyer of Italian cinema. He started in the early sixties at the Dino De Laurentiis studios in Rome and with films such as It Started in Naples by Melville Shavelson with Clark Gable, and The Agony and the Ecstasy by Carol Reed, with Charlton Heston. In the following years he worked on movies like Federico Fellini, And the Ship Sails On, Ginger and Fred, The Voice of the Moon. He often worked with set designers as Dante Ferretti and Francesca Lo Schiavo. Has also collaborated in the creation of Gangs of New York by Martin Scorsese and Cold Mountain by Anthony Minghella. He continues to carry out his work exclusively for a noted television platform. On the 23rd of July 2009, at the Sannio FilmFest, the International Festival for production and costume design, he received the honorary award for his extensive career.
